Hey Guys just wanmting to ask a quick question.
I'm one day away from finishing my first Anavar (var) cycle. I ran it for 4 weeks, week 1 I used 30 mg ed, week 2 I used 60 mg ed everyday, week 3 I used 80 mg ed and week 4 I used 80,60,50,40,30,30,30 mg respectively for each day. I have clomid to run for my pct, 50 tabs of 50mg. Basically, as this is my first cycle period I was just hoping someone could let me know how much and how long I should run the clomid for. I've obviously looked into it, but its helpful to have more experienced guys help me with what I want specifically.
On another note, I really enjoyed the results from the Anavar (var) . No pictures, because I just had not thought of it, but next time I run a cycle, which will probably be ana Anavar (var) again I plan to make a journal. Anyway, my body weight actually dropped a little bit, went from 195 to 187. Body fat dropped from 14 to 8 and I really noticed the pumps and especially the hardening of the muscles. I was really looking to get more cut so I didn't push my lifts too much higher but I noticed strength gain for sure, not so much that I lifted more but for example a 235 flat bench which I could only do 5 times a month ago I can now push 10 times. I'm sure my 3 and 5 rep maxes have increased but I haven't been trying them. Only thing I was dissapointed in is I didnt really experience an increase in vascularity. To add, if anyone has any routines or supplements they find have really made their veins pop let me know whats worked for you.
