finishing up first cycle. little help please!

hey guys. so i have been taking test E for 8 weeks now and just finished my cycle. i have just been doing small injections(.5ml) twice a week seeing as its my first cycle and wanted to see how my body would react. being as these are such small injections how should i go about doing my PCT. i know everyone is going to say you should have this handled before you start but i would just like some help. if anyone can give me there suggestion as what i should take and where i can order it i would really appreciate the assistance! thank for looking and please share any input you have
 
So you were basically only running 200 mg a week!!?? And that for only 8 weeks..

Did you even accomplish anything other then completely shutting down your natural test

Forget pct right now,, bump your dosage up to 500 mg a week and run it 6 more weeks (and while your doing that research basic pct protocol... Which is the same no matter what dosage u were taking on cycle)
 
250mg a week for 8 weeks.. i know its a low dosage but i was told to just start with a low dosage and see how my body reacts to it. i have seen noticable improvement but nothing drastic as i wasnt taking very much. but i didnt expect it to be bad to take such a low dosage though?.. im 22 5'5'' 150lbs so im not a big guy. wanted to see how it would go with a small cycle. my boss had been taking tes for a long time and seems like he knows his shit and him n his buddy both agreed with what i was doing and said to not even worry about PCT and wait a month before i get back on it.. you would suggest bumping it up to 500 mg a week for 6 more weeks? even after the 2 months i just did?
 
Starting light is a good idea.. Yes. But 250 mg a week is not really an AAS cycle.. It's a TRT dose that old men take to feel better. Basically what you just did was take your natural testosterone and completely eliminated it and replaced it with a small dose of synthetic testosterone.. IMO if your going to take that step and jump on cycle and shut down your own testosterone production, you need to make the reward greater then the risk,, so you need to run a bit higher dosage (unless your own trt year round)..
Also 8 weeks is not very long at such a low dose..heck at 8 weeks your test levels are just now starting to stay elevated and your prob just now starting to feel the effects,, why quit when the test is just now starting.. 14-20 weeks would yield better results at the lower dosage. Or say 400 mg for 12 weeks..

At 150 lbs.. Yeah don't over do it,, I'd bump the test up to 400 mg right now and run it longer.. And YES you have to do a pct unless you plan on being on test year round on trt

Okay my friend, I am one of the guys who will say you should have researched this beforehand. That said, with the dose you ran, pct should be simple. Have your bloods done and see where your test levels are at. There may have been a limited amount of suppression. Clomid therapy may be in order, but there is no way to tell until you know what your blood looks like. Don't make the same mistake twice. In this game it can be something you will dearly regret. Take care brother. We all make mistakes:)

If he gets bloods done now the levels are going to read higher because of the long Esther test still in his system.. And the results are going to look like he is just fine.. The real story would be told a month from now, if he is producing his own test and what those levels would read. But why risk that and wait that long...
Personally if I were him and finished a cycle I would go right into a full pct protocol expecting that 250 mg is plenty high enough to shut down ones own test production (while being to low a dose to yield great gains)
 
well as for the blood work. i had called into a clinic and its 300$ for blood work and i dont have insurance that covers that. so what would you guys think would be the best way to go... do a pct now. or get back on it doing a higher dosage? and what would i wanna get? clomid or nolvadex. or both? and where can i order them . i dont wanna just order off any old site. and thanks in advance for helping me guys. i know these are all noob questions that should have asked a long time ago

or i can continue my cycle for a few more weeks and do a pct then. but if so my next inj. will be tonight. starting week 9. would it be bad to up the dosage immedietely or just continue what im doing for a little longer?
 
We have a sponsor for all your pct needs, and The stuff is legit. First thing i would do is suggest get your diet in order, you will be surprised how much your diet affects your gains. In my opinion you would have been better off saving the money you spent on your test and spending it on someone to help you get your diet in check. You live and learn my friend. Good luck
 
well im going to continue for 12 weeks doing the same amount. i need to source a good place to get clomid or nolvadex. i have read such mixed things i am unsure the direction i need to go. but if someone could tell me where i can buy some and which they would suggest for me that would help
 
I'd bump it to 400 mg and run it longer for sure..
Get clomid and nolvadex . The lion at the top page banner will have what u need

Of course he should wait a few weeks in order to see what his blood looks like without any affect on test levels remaining from his cycle.
From this cycle I don't think he will have experienced much suppression. Just my 2 cents. There would be no harm starting pct now either as you suggest. When he finishes he can do the blood work and see where he stands.

Were you running an AI on this cycle?
If you continue and bump your dose to 400+ mg like I had suggested, then your gonna need an AI
 
once i finish my cycle. which will be another 4 weeks from now. i should then wait 2 weeks before starting taking clomid/nolva. think im going to take both. but during that 2 weeks i dont do anything? just stop for 2 weeks then start pct
 
during those 2 weeks? im going to order the clomid/nolva tomorow. but i keep coming across it not being necessary to take both especially with such low dosage im taking... any input? keep in mind im doing 250mg week. for 12 weeks... but i want to do a new cycle as well.. so should i take a few weeks off after this cycle with no pct and strt back up in a month.. or just do my pct and dont do another cycle for like a year
