You need an AI for 1 . Those test numbers look more like a blast not trt . What was your cyp dose?

I agree. Looks like your test cyp dose is too high and you are not managing estradiol well.

I know we are all different but at 306.25 weekly of cyp 250 (yes I know that may sound like a weird dose) I had bloods taken 4 days after that came back at 1386 ng/dl . The gear is proven with chromatography reports from Simec @ 257 mg/ml. What I'm getting at is that is even high for a cruise or TRT dose so yours is way high. By the way my E2 was at around 25 using 12.5 mg of Exemestane daily.

Having high estrogen for long periods of time is not good. Its bad for your organs and just like women I'm sure it can contribute to cancer.
