first clen cycle ever pls help!!

Different people react differently to clen.

Personally, I would start at a low dosage like you did, then just keep ramping it up until the shakes are unbarable / not practical - at which point I then drop back by a tab per day.

I.e 20,40,60,80,100,120,140 (at which the shakes are too much), 120 (for the remaining time until you hit 14 days).

Then I would come off for 2 weeks, let it clear from your system, and then go back on. Using the above example, I would then probably jump in with 100mg/day, upping it the following day to 120mg.

The only time I would be hesitant of using the above method would be if I was changing the tub the clen came from / supplier / brand. Just becuase I would want to question whether 120mg of brand x was the same as brand Y - if that makes sense. Ultimately the dosage doesnt mean anything because short of getting the tabs tested you dont actually know that its the strength it says it is.

During the 2 weeks off I would either look to use ECA, or a non thermogenic fat burner + Yohimbine HCL.

I've tried two extensive clen cycles with multiple supportive supplements and never saw any significant boost toward cutting. I was working hard and I did make some progress but its tough for me to attribute that to the clen. I guess it just doesn't affect some people much. That with the potential for cardiac damage I don't expect I'll ever really try a clen cycle again.
 
I suppose there is definite chance I got some bogus stuff but I had all the expected side effects so I doubt it.
