Weight: 200 lbs
Training:
Monday: Chest/abs
Tues: back/calves
wed: rest
thurs: shoulders/oblique
fri: arms/forearm
sat: legs/calves
sun: rest
Currently doing no cardio since I just started a Ketogenic diet.
Diet is on point, need advice on cardio and clen in general (when to take, what not to do on clen, etc.)
I will be starting clen my 4th week into the cut and it will last 12 weeks. 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.
Dosages:
Week 1:
Day 1: 20
Day 2: 40
day 3-7: 40
Week 2: 40
Week 3-4 Off
Week 5-6 40
Week 7-8 off
Week 9-10 40
and so on... Just planning on sticking at 40 for a first cycle just to test it out. I'll be supplementing taurine and potassium for sides and etc.
