First Cycle 15 Weeks Test-E only 500mg!

Howdy all I've been a long time lurker on this discussion board, and I have to say everyone is either a dumb ass or great. We have the great people who actually know their stuff on this subject willing to help. Then you have the dumb asses that come in here thinking, "ohh im going to inject everything and become Arnold". Now when I first came on this forum i was a partial dumb ass. I didn't want to be Arnold, and by no means wanted to inject myself with everything. I asked around, read alot of articles, took my time knowing proper necessities and cycles before I knew I was ready. To me safety comes first always. I rather gain 10 lbs of muscle with no side effects, compared to 20 lbs of muscle with side effects. I read many Test-E cycle threads, and have come up with my own proper cycle. I wish for everyone to join me on my journey. And hopefully give some people wishing to do the same cycle, proper and educated viewpoints on how they should do it also.

Stats- 23 years old 5'3 132lbs 11%BF have been lifting for 2 years. Used to be hugly obese, then did hard hard cut on body. Hoping to cut down to 10% BF before cycle. Atm im cutting at 2200 calories for my competition. Lift 5 days of the week, Cardio 3 days a week, actual job is on Sat and Sunday. Doing 5 days a week of lifting for my comp, but I believe when on cycle I may go 3-4 days a week instead giving my body more time to heal. Also when on my cycle, I plan to clean bulk with pure beneficial foods.
Goal- I'd truely love to be able to be 140-145 lbs at 6-8 % bodyfat, which means id love to have like 135lbs of LBM one day.

My gear- Taking Test-E 500mg weekly in two dosages. Pinning 250 mg of Test- E Monday, and Thursday, giving it 3 days separation. Also switching up my Pin points weekly. One week doing Quads, and the next week in the Glute. My stuff will last me 15 weeks since its 3 vials of 10ml. But here is the thing new guys, just cause it says a certain amount doesnt mean your going to get that full amount. So my best estimation is that I'd really only have enough for 14 weeks. Liquid Armidex will be used every day or every other day. If I do it everyday it will be processed in 1/4 of a ML which is .25mg. If I do it every other day it will be 1/2 ML which is .5mg. I will be using Armidex throughout my whole cycle up until the point of post cycle therapy (pct). Whats an extra 100 bucks on being safe right? My needles are 18G x 1.5" to draw, and 25G x 1" to pin.

post cycle therapy (pct)-Was planning to do my post cycle therapy (pct) 2 weeks after last injection using Nolva and Clomid. Clomid 50mg ED for 4 weeks, possibly more if needed since I have 60 servings of 50mg. With the Nolvadex i have 60 servings of 20mg, which I'd take 20mg everyday for 4 weeks. So it looks like this
Nolva /20mg/20mg/20mg/20mg
Clomid /50mg/50mg/50mg/50mg

I have my items on order, but I wont be using them until most likely till the first Monday of May. I have a competition in mid April, so atm cutting. Once done with competition I want to try and do maintenance for 2 weeks before bulking. Once on bulk I'll use my gear. If im cutting right now at 2200 calories, ill probably end up bulking at 3000 calories. I know there will be a quit a bit of controversy on this cycle since my height and weight. But before you question this, i know my weights and bf is low, but I am a smaller guy so its not bad compared to other guys my size. Any questions or tips, and yes I am willing to take advice and imput. Criticism is what im looking for, many guys on this forum are well educated to be giving noobies like me beneficial input.
 
to be quit honest the only reason im doing 15 weeks is cause the amount they sold it in. If I only bought two, id have only enough for 10 weeks (which most likely only truly be 9) which seems to short for me. And drawing out 1ml of a 250mg/ml seems easier then drawing out I suppose it'd be 4/5 of a ml if did 200mg (400mg per week).
 
personally i would just do 12 weeks

my first one a few months ago was 11 weeks at 500mg

i know i was gonna do more cycles so i wanted to see how well i recovered off cycle, and now i know i can run longer cycles u know?
 
Run it for 15 man, I did 600mg Test E my first cycle for 15 weeks. The Test didnt hit me to week 6 ! Make sure you run an AI
 
No, you need 1.5" for the glute. 1" is good for the quad. You could get a 23gx1.5" for the glute it will flow better.
 
You are a pretty small dude no offense...if you don't have a lot of fat on your ass you might be able to get away with the 1" in the glute. you could try and aspirate and see. or just get 1.5" and be sure. up to you.
 
Would it be weird to do a test run per say with water in the syring? Like pull up some water and inject in into glute to see it works?
 
Also right now I go to the gym 5 days a week doing a Push/Pull variation. Mondays and Thursday I do push, Tues and Friday I do pull. Wednesday is a relax day really its only abs/calfs. But each day at the gym I do a ton of exercises, I am probably over training. Im trying to look up a better workout plan to get some killer gains from this cycle. I will post my full gym routine tomorrow night.

Distilled water would be the safest to do that, but it would cause an inward diffusion of water into your cells, rather than having the proper fluid balance (this can cause your cells that are susceptible to burst if too much water is present.
It's always safer to prepare a solution.
 
I'll be posting up some lifting stats tomorrow. Any tips on what I should post up? I was thinking my whole workout routine, just the exercises and days. And possibly some of my lifts.
 
Most defiantly, gives me better feedback when people are telling me "hey skinny shit eat more". But really yes, better feedback from people on their perspective of my growth.

For when I do my cycle I will most likely change it, though I've been looking up some stuff but everyone is different. I wish there was just a one routine for everything, and everyone would do it and gain the muscle haha.

Thursday is the same except a few things. Thursday I switch Incline for decline, cable cross over for dumbbell flyers and a fly machine. Military press is dumbbell press overhead. Front squat is switched to Smith Machine Back Squat. I also add Leg extension machine. Take out dips and 1 hand triceps extension. Add 2 hand triceps dumbbell extension and bench dips.

Friday is the same except a few things. I switch Barbell Row for T Bar row. Cable Rows and Row Machine is switched out. Replaced by a boat rowing machine and a different row machine. Hammer Curls, Bicep Curls, and Pull ups are switched out. Replaced by Preacher Curl, and Bicep Curl Machine. Shrugs with dumbbells instead of barbell.

I also like to add the dragon raises, Crunch Machine front and side, and Ab Extend machine to my Mondays and Friday workouts. Which I dont rest between them. So I'll front crunch, then directly go to side crunches, and then to ab extension machine. Once done redo it all again. Also while in rest between sets and I have wrist on the schedule I'll do them between sets.

After every workout I will do a bit of stretching for 5 minutes. However on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays I like to add ab stretching to my normal stretching. Which involves planks, side planks, ab roller, and other ab stretching. This usually takes my stretching time to about 15-20 minutes.

Shoulder- Military Press Bar repping 85lbs, DB Overhead Press repping 45 lbs, Shrug barbell repping 225, Shrug Dumbbell repping with 85lbs
Back- Deadlift Repping 185, Barbell Row repping 135
Legs- (my worst stats of my body, not cause weight but bad form) Front Squat repping 95lbs, Back Squat repping 135, Leg Press Machine repping 720, Calf raises barbell repping 275,
Smith Calf raises repping 375
Triceps- Tricep Extension one DB both hands 65 lbs, Dips with 25lb weights
Bicep- Curl Bar Repping 65lbs, Weighted pull ups with 25lb weight, Hammer Curl repping 40lbs, Standing Bicep Curl repping 40lbs

Now when u see the weights for the dumbbell stuff, that isnt a grand total. Its the weight for each dumbell. For instance Hammer Curls, im doing both hands with 40lbs in each hand.
