So I have been doing research on steroids for about 6 months now. I have been reading through all the forums and this is my first post so here we go.
I am 6'6 235 lbs about 15-18% bf
24 years old
Have been training for about 4 years through college Athletics so not as intense as I could have been now graduated starting to lift more intense I workout 5 days a week and do cardio 3 times in the mornings. Just started a diet so I definitely want to get the nutritional part down before I cycle. So my cycle will consist of
Week 1-12
Test E 500mg week 250 Mon/Thur
HCG 500iu weekly 250 Mon/Thur
Week 1-14
Arimidex .25mg EOD from day 2
Week 14-18
Clomid 4 weeks 75/50/50/50mg
Nolvadex 4 weeks 40/20/20/20mg
600mg N-Acetyl Cysteine daily for liver
Get blood work 1 week before 5 weeks in and 1 week after pct
I was wondering how the cycle looks and also what other supplements should be taken. Also a little nervous about gyno and acne anything I can have just in case of flare ups? Not trying to start my cycle till about November just trying to get everything down before I start any advice is welcome thanks.
