Hey everyone. Just looking for some help with my first cycle
My personal stats are as follows:
Age:25
Height:5ft 10
Weight: 237lb
Body fat: Mid to high teens. (not sure of exact number but still have some upper abs)
Lifting experience: 7 years with some time off due to injury but in that time have not completely stopped training. Always been able to train around injuries.
Body type: Endo/Meso
Diet: I am very carb sensitive so I keep my carbs quite low and try to only get clean carbs (oats, brown rice, fruit, veggies), 250-300g protein a day (all from food, I dont use powders) and 80-100g fat. Seem to be able to maintain with those numbers but obviously will need to adjust with the cycle (increase carbs etc).
Current Training:
High volume hypertrophy program aimed at rebuilding what I lost with the time off this year due to injury. Training 6 days a week with cardio each session.
Cycle experience: I have not use AAS before but have used mild prohormones in the past. I train with fairly heavy gear uses and pick there brains for info and guidance and I try to read a lot.
I currently have patella tendonopathy in my patella tendon which I have had since December. It started out as simple tendonitis but progressed to tendonopathy through continual training on the knee.
For those unfamiliar with this condition it is gradual degeneration of the patella tendon to the point where blood vessels and nerves begin to grow into the tendon, causing a lot of pain and weakness in the tendon. I have had one injection in the tendon to kill the blood vessels and have a second one in a week and a half. This eliminates almost all the pain and allows you to hit the rehab a lot harder.
My plan is to start my cycle the week following this injection to aid in my recovery.
I have had serious injuries in every joint on the right side of my body (ankle, knee, wrist, elbow and shoulder and in my left ankle and knee) as well as protruding 2 discs in my back so joint strength and repair is the main goal for me. My secondary goal is getting to 12% body fat and my tertiary goal is maintaining my current muscle mass.
I currently have 2 vials (20ml's) of testobolin 325 (test blend 325mg per ml), 2 vials (20ml's) of Deca- nandrolone decanoate (300mg per ml), 2 vials (20ml's) boldenone undecylenate (200mg per ml) and 200 d-bols.
I am still chasing down my post cycle therapy (pct) and wont be starting the cycle until I have it but plan to use Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG), nolvadex and Clomid.
Now, I have read so many suggested cycles for these different AAS's so I'm a little unsure of where to begin. Some of the doses I was looking at are as follows
1: test 200mg per week for 12-14 weeks
Deca 300mg per week for 10-12 weeks
Bold 300mg per week for 10-12 weeks
2: test 325mg per week for 12-14 weeks
Deca 300mg per week for 10-12 weeks
Bold 300mg per week for 10-12 weeks
3: Test 500mg per week for 12 weeks
deca 400mg per week for 10 weeks
Bold 400mg per week for 10 weeks
I have been told to go as high as 800mg per week test, and 600mg per week deca and bold but I am almost certain this is overkill for what I want to do. Plus I am aware of the negative affects test can have on collagen synthesis and as this is my main priority atm I have to avoid the high doses. I am not sure where the d bols would fit into any of these cycles either and at what doses so i think i need more information on that.
If some guys who have used this stack or a subset of this stack for collagen synthesis/joint repair plus leaning up could give me some advice it would be greatly appreciated.
I am well aware of the magnitute of what I am planning to undertake and do not intend to stick anything in me without 100% preparation and everything I will need at the ready.
