First Cycle Advise

Little bit of back story... I'm a powerlifter for my uni team and I'm considering in the summer trying a single cycle of Anavar in the Summer and was just hoping to get all information I could possibly need before then from you fine people! My current stats are;

21, 5'8", 180, c. 15%BF, Bench: 120 Squat: 155, Deadlift: 215 all for 1[Just noticed these are in Kg... hard translating to American hah!]. Mostly due to the threat of hair loss (I'm genetically predisposed) I'm thinking Anavar only. I've read most of the stickies on the board and been surfing the internet for a while but I just wanted to get some firm details from a more reliable source as some website as less than reputable, and some information seems pretty bad to me! So here goes on the questions!

1. Is 50mg ED Anavar for 8 weeks ok?
2. I'm hearing conflicting reports about whether a PCT is necessary. If it is what should I include in the post cycle therapy (pct)? Is clomid too severe?
3. Does Toco 8 work? For both hair loss and keeping libido up? I've discussed it with my girlfriend she doesn't mind a few weeks of lack of libido, says it might be a break but if its avoidable!
4. I'm mostly looking to lean up more than get bigger... looking for maybe staying the same weight or 1-5lb heavier whilst lowering BF by 2-3 points. Is this realistic?
5. I've heard bad things about oral only for a first cycle and I don't know why? Is it because it is comparatively mild? This is acceptable for me as keeping my weight relatively down is important to my sport?
6. Is there anything I should be taking during or after the cycle that I've completely forgotten or ignored?

I know some weightlifters who do not want to end up in a higher weight class and take Anavar since it allows them to get stronger without gaining body weight at the same time. Let's say that the desired dose of Anavar is 50-70 mg per day.
 
Just run test with it. Oral only cycles are no no's. What you gain depends on your diet for the most part. So if you do it right, you wont gain much at all

Could you explain why oral only is a bad idea? Does this apply even if I want to do one cycle only? Also I'm trying to avoid test due to my predisposition to baldness(a lot of uncles) and fear of gyno(I know I know...) is it really essential?
