Hey there everyone, first off thanks for taking the time too look at my lil ole cycle log, hopefully it will give someone the info/results they are looking for...
Anyway started my cycle a week ago, and you know how the first one is I was all pumped up and ready too go. I know the sustanon doesnt really kick in until week 4 but the mental kick it gave me has already started...its cool..
Here are my starting stats:
Weight: 212
Height:5'11
These are my main mass moves now I know these arent the greatest weight but thats why we go to the gym right, too get stronger..
BP:235 x4
SQ: 255x4
DL: 255x4
Military BB Press:155x6
BB Curl:115x6
Close grip: 155x6
After week 1...this is why I say the mental kick is great...
Weight: 216
BP: havent done another chest work out since my first shot so I will have too get back too you
SQ: Doing legs tonight and will let you know
DL: 275x6....I was pumped about this..
Military Press: 165 x6 with no help from a spotter
BB Curl: havent done a Bi work out since the first shot so I will let you know
Close grip: 185x6 w/ no help
So I don t know if it is the short acting esters of the Sust or just mentally I know I am "on" but what ever it is I am enjoying it..
Diet: 5 meals/ day
Every meal a lean source of protein and I fill my plate for the rest with fruit and veggies
4 x 50g protein shake per day of ON whey
Fish Oils
Flax Oils
and a multivitamin
I know you are thinking where are the carbs from starches?!?!? I tend to add muscle fairly easily and the caveat to that is I also add BF very easily, of which I had a little more than I normally carry around when I started the cycle so I would like to remain that this level.....
Even though I am not eating alot of starch carbs people asy they can still see a diff. in only a week....so mission accomplished as far as I'm concerned..
Cardio: 3 days a week of HIIT for 20 - 25 mins
ummm next week will start a 5x5 training protocol....looking foward too seeing the results from that...... any questions please ask..also I will try too get pics up next week..
Also thanks too all who gave advice, I certainly appreciate it, I was one of those guys who was going to stack a whole bunch of stuff, but after reading and learning I went with what the experts suggest....and I am,so far, happy that I did... thanks guys
