First Cycle - Axio Sustaplex 325mg/wk

Hey there everyone, first off thanks for taking the time too look at my lil ole cycle log, hopefully it will give someone the info/results they are looking for...

Anyway started my cycle a week ago, and you know how the first one is I was all pumped up and ready too go. I know the sustanon doesnt really kick in until week 4 but the mental kick it gave me has already started...its cool..:)
Here are my starting stats:

Weight: 212
Height:5'11

These are my main mass moves now I know these arent the greatest weight but thats why we go to the gym right, too get stronger..:)
BP:235 x4
SQ: 255x4
DL: 255x4
Military BB Press:155x6
BB Curl:115x6
Close grip: 155x6

After week 1...this is why I say the mental kick is great...

Weight: 216
BP: havent done another chest work out since my first shot so I will have too get back too you
SQ: Doing legs tonight and will let you know
DL: 275x6....I was pumped about this..:)
Military Press: 165 x6 with no help from a spotter
BB Curl: havent done a Bi work out since the first shot so I will let you know
Close grip: 185x6 w/ no help

So I don t know if it is the short acting esters of the Sust or just mentally I know I am "on" but what ever it is I am enjoying it..:)

Diet: 5 meals/ day
Every meal a lean source of protein and I fill my plate for the rest with fruit and veggies
4 x 50g protein shake per day of ON whey
Fish Oils
Flax Oils
and a multivitamin
I know you are thinking where are the carbs from starches?!?!? I tend to add muscle fairly easily and the caveat to that is I also add BF very easily, of which I had a little more than I normally carry around when I started the cycle so I would like to remain that this level.....
Even though I am not eating alot of starch carbs people asy they can still see a diff. in only a week....so mission accomplished as far as I'm concerned..

Cardio: 3 days a week of HIIT for 20 - 25 mins

ummm next week will start a 5x5 training protocol....looking foward too seeing the results from that...... any questions please ask..also I will try too get pics up next week..:)

Also thanks too all who gave advice, I certainly appreciate it, I was one of those guys who was going to stack a whole bunch of stuff, but after reading and learning I went with what the experts suggest....and I am,so far, happy that I did... thanks guys

OK OK so I know I havent been keeping up with this thing....sorry guys but I am here now....and I do have good news..:) Here are the stats

WT: 222 up about 8 lbs from the start and I am in week 3 of my 10 wk cycle
BF: ??? havent got an accurate measure of this yet but I can tell I am leaning up a bit cause I can see it in my stomach..:)

And now for the lifts:

Bench: 185x12 215x10 225x8 235x6 245x4 <--- and this feels easy..:)
Squat: 215x10 225x8 225x8 235x6 245x4...I know Iknow it needs some work....but I am getting stronger
Bent over BB row: 155x10 165x8 175x6 185x4 185x4
Deadlift : 225x12 245x8 275x6 295x4 295x4
Incline DB press: 70x12 75x10 80x8 85x6 90x4
Military BB press: 145x10 155x8 165x6 175x4 175x4

I know the sqauts need some work but of these weights I hit all reps listed and on most I feel like I could put it up a couple more times.....I try to at least hit 5 for 2 sets before I move up in weight....seems to be working out pretty good for now.....

Diet:

530AM ON protein shake 300 cals, 50g pro.

0630: Breakfast
Egg white Ham, Cheese and Tomato omlette
1 1/2 cup Oatmeal w/ raisins
as much fruit as I can pile on my plate

0930 Mid Morning Meal
Lean Turkey Breast <---pile is usually 1 in to 11/2 in thick
1 cup LF Cottage Cheese
and again a ton of fruit

1200 Lunch
Chicken Breast
1 cup Some sort of beans or peas
a medium salad w/ LF dressing
and a cup of fruit

1430 Mid Afternoon:
Same as above

1730 Dinner:
Same as above

1800: PWO Shake
ON Protein 300cals 50g protein

1930 Post WO shake
Same as above

2130 Bedtime shake
Same as above

I Supplement with:

Fish oils
Flaxseed Oil
Glutamine
ON Multi Vitamin
Vitamin B6
BCAA's
and use AIFM for my AI

I have changed my workout up a good bit too....yeah I was one of those who saw the magazine workouts and thought thats what I needed too do to get that big....how stupid...anyway if you want me to add that in just let me know...thanks bros and I promise I will update this more......but for now I am pleased with the gear and whats even nicer is I have another full vial just waiting too be injected....but thats for my second cycle.....also have Axio Decaplex 275 and Eqiplex on the way.....and I have 100 Winstrol Tabs on standby.....not sure how and when or if I am even going to use those....I am required by my job too do quite a bit of running so I dont think I want too chance messing up my tendons seeing as how I get paid too be able too run and stay in shape.....opinions are welcome on the winstrol issue...thanks bros

Well there it is impressive by no means but I am happy, I am getting stronger..:) anyway if there are any questions please feel free too ask....also I think it may have started to kick in....I am, noticing my skin is a bit more oily and I have some acne on my sholders..:( but hey its a small price too pay..:) later bros
 
Good morning...just an update in last nights workout.... I tell you I love being on.... it feels like I can workout forever...its nice...anyway on too the lifts:

Well there they are...its nice too be getting stronger...I cant wait to start leaning up a little ..it will be good I think..and now too vent.....Here in Afghanistan they are doing a big push too get other countries involved.... well for the most part the coalition guys are cool guys... but one set in particular just pisses me off...the Koreans...let me give you just one example....there was a group of about five of korean stick figures all huddled around the squat rack...now I am an advocate of squats so I was like cool...they may not be doing much weight from there appearance but gotta respect anyone who attempts squats....well as the crowd broke I couldnt fuckin believe my eyes...they where doing curls on the squat rack....and no not straight bar....EZ bar...and with no weight what so ever on the bar.....you know how at some points time stops and you quickly see a flash of two or three possible ways a scenario could go....well mine involved me taking that fucking EZ bar and throwing it out the door and taking over the squat rack.......this is just one of many gym infractions....so my consensus is.....Koreans dont belong in a gym where squats and deads are happening on a regular basis...go to the nautailus gym...weaklings.....

Hey guys just a quick update...I have choosen too take a few days off 1 cause my body is telling me too 2. I had a bad shoulder injury last summer and it has been nagging me the past week or so...anyway will up date again when I head back too the gym..:)
 
Whats up bros....well after a full week off I got back too the gym and I think it was a good idea too take the time off....i felt stronger and had a renew motivation for lifting..:) anyway here are the numbers:

BB Military Press 115x12 135x10 155x8 165x6 185x4
Lateral Raise: 30x10 35x8 35x8
Squats: 185x12 215x10 225x10 245x8 255x6 285x4
This was weird for me...just wanted to try 285 cause I was feeling good, was going for one and busted out 4...it was one of those days where I felt like I could squat all day and never get tired..:)
Leg Extension: 125x10 135x8 135x8
Shrugs: 225x12 275x10 285x8 315x6 315x5

All in all a good workout,felt great....my shoulder is still bothering me a little bit...I am going to switch from BB benchpress too DB bench press as the BB seems to tweak it whenever I do it....and honestly I could give a shit how much I bench press....Squats and Deadlifts are what I am looking at these days......Bench is still important too me but squats have definitely taken there place in my measure of strength.:)

Well there they are.... once again feeling good today...... definitely feelng bloated latley...I have been using the AIFM so maybe it just something I am eating....my diet has been clean...so things are going good....5 weeks too go and then I am done for a bit but plan on starting another cycle before the end of the year...:) Anyway as always any questions comments are welcome and appreciated..:)
 
Thanks for the response Cardiff....absolutely.....my goal for the next 2-3 months is 315.....and honestly i feel like I can get that easily.....lets hope I dont eat my words..:) just gotta keep pushing the iron..:) thanks bro
 
Well now for todays update..:) Weight today was at about 227....pretty happy with that..anyway here are the numbers

Well there they are....i kinda expect weight to slow down next week as I am going to start running for cardio 3-4 days a week....but its all good as I have said before..being super heavy is something that is not feasible because of my job...and the amount of running that is required for it...anyway until next time my friends..:)
