Alright guys, I decided that I am going to keep this as a Test only cycle. It's my first time and I really need to know how I react to Test and how beneficial it is for me. Should I keep it at 500mgs or bump it up to 600mgs? Would 600mg be too much?
Also, is there any suggestions you guys can give me to kickstart this cycle? I don't really want to have to wait 4 weeks to see the effects, but I guess its not much of an issue.
A lot of friends of mine have used Dbol to kickstart their cycle, I just don't want to gain a lot of water weight. I want this cycle to be all solid muscle gains...What do you guys think about Turinabol? Or should i just leave the cycle as is?
Do you guys really think it will be possible for me to gain 20lbs off a just test cycle with a clean diet and dedicated gym routine? Will 600mgs be too much even if I don't stack my cycle?
Thanks for the feedback guys.
Probably the best idea, waiting and doing this as Test only I mean. You said you wanted to get your bodyfat down before starting. Where are you at bf-wise right now. How much have you gained (LBM) in the last couple of years working out seriously and eating "right?"
At 6'1 and 178 pounds it honestly doesn't sound to me like your training/diet is THAT "in check" for lean muscle mass gains. But of course, that depends on where you were a few years ago and such. How much bodyfat did you cut, how many pounds did you drop? have you been increasing your size naturally? etc.
What was your last natural weight gain goal and how did you achieve it?
Be careful getting too caught up on a number for your gains, for your first cycle especially. As hard as this is for a newbie (I'm still right there with you, haven't started my first cycle yet) to get his head around, your first cycle is less about getting what you want and more about starting to learn HOW to get what you want. If you're focusing too much on hitting a certain number on the scale, I would be willing to bet big money your results will not be as good as if you can try to take a learning approach, keep track of your body and how things are going and keep tweaking as you need to and know how.
Just my thoughts anyway... it's like when you first started training. You didn't know the right form, didn't know the right exercises for each muscle group, you had to learn that stuff. Then, you had to learn how your OWN body reacted to those exercises. Then you had to figure out how much training you could handle at what intervals, and what muscle groups you could train together, etc. Then you had to tweak that as needed as you went along to keep getting the gains you were after.
You're brand new to aas. you're learning the form, you're learning which compounds are used for what. now you need to start implementing that and learning how your body handles them. as you get proficient with the basics and learn how your body reacts to the compounds (starting with multiples will make learning this harder and less sure) you will start to learn what the best kind of stacks and cycles are for your goals and your genetics.
