First Cycle boys...Test & EQ

Alright guys, I decided that I am going to keep this as a Test only cycle. It's my first time and I really need to know how I react to Test and how beneficial it is for me. Should I keep it at 500mgs or bump it up to 600mgs? Would 600mg be too much?

Also, is there any suggestions you guys can give me to kickstart this cycle? I don't really want to have to wait 4 weeks to see the effects, but I guess its not much of an issue.

A lot of friends of mine have used Dbol to kickstart their cycle, I just don't want to gain a lot of water weight. I want this cycle to be all solid muscle gains...What do you guys think about Turinabol? Or should i just leave the cycle as is?

Do you guys really think it will be possible for me to gain 20lbs off a just test cycle with a clean diet and dedicated gym routine? Will 600mgs be too much even if I don't stack my cycle?

Thanks for the feedback guys.

Probably the best idea, waiting and doing this as Test only I mean. You said you wanted to get your bodyfat down before starting. Where are you at bf-wise right now. How much have you gained (LBM) in the last couple of years working out seriously and eating "right?"

At 6'1 and 178 pounds it honestly doesn't sound to me like your training/diet is THAT "in check" for lean muscle mass gains. But of course, that depends on where you were a few years ago and such. How much bodyfat did you cut, how many pounds did you drop? have you been increasing your size naturally? etc.

What was your last natural weight gain goal and how did you achieve it?

Be careful getting too caught up on a number for your gains, for your first cycle especially. As hard as this is for a newbie (I'm still right there with you, haven't started my first cycle yet) to get his head around, your first cycle is less about getting what you want and more about starting to learn HOW to get what you want. If you're focusing too much on hitting a certain number on the scale, I would be willing to bet big money your results will not be as good as if you can try to take a learning approach, keep track of your body and how things are going and keep tweaking as you need to and know how.

Just my thoughts anyway... it's like when you first started training. You didn't know the right form, didn't know the right exercises for each muscle group, you had to learn that stuff. Then, you had to learn how your OWN body reacted to those exercises. Then you had to figure out how much training you could handle at what intervals, and what muscle groups you could train together, etc. Then you had to tweak that as needed as you went along to keep getting the gains you were after.

You're brand new to aas. you're learning the form, you're learning which compounds are used for what. now you need to start implementing that and learning how your body handles them. as you get proficient with the basics and learn how your body reacts to the compounds (starting with multiples will make learning this harder and less sure) you will start to learn what the best kind of stacks and cycles are for your goals and your genetics.

^^Thanks for the awesome advice...I completely get what your saying. After my cutting period over summer, I've just been wanting to gain as much solid size as possible in the shortest period of time with the least amount of side-effects. Well I've changed up that mind set and I will try to get the most out of this cycle. I need to determine how my body reacts to Test as I will likely want to use Test as the base of future cycles.

In terms of diet, believe me, my diet is quite clean. I was at 15% body fat before summer and I'm now at around ~12%bf. I'm sure I could've lost a lot more if it wasn't for the saturday night drinks. When I was bulking at the beginning of this year, I managed to put on 10-13lbs.

Well I know exactly what I need to do for my body to gain size and lose fat although my body seems slower to react than others and I'm assuming that's due to my genetics. My dad doesn't have the greatest body shape and neither did his. But oh well, my dieting and hard work at the gym has got me around that.

I am investing in AAS now since I have peaked at the gym. I can't seem to gain size as easily I could in the past and my strength doesn't seem to increase no matter what routine I try. I just want to make sure that I am doing everything right when taking AAS and want to put on as much clean size as I should be able to. I know this is my first time and if I don't gain as much as I want to, thats fine. It will be a learning experience. I just want to make sure I don't inhibit or slow down my growth in anyway.

U say ur gonna listen and do Test only, then u ask if it's OK to jump start with Dbol. NO it's not OK, we say to Test only for a reason. I don't see much difference in 500-600mg for a 1st cycle. Most Test is dosed at 250mg/ml and u pin 2x a week with E and C that's why we say just do 500mg/wk cause it's easier. Just do 1CC 2x a week assuming the gear is dosed at 250mg/ml.

Run it for a min 12 weeks. On a 1st cycle I mean it's possible to gain 20 but that's a far cry. I would put it in the 10-12 range that ur gonna keep. Make sure u have ur PCT in line as well as this is the most important part.
