This is my first cycle, let me know what you guys think of my goals, cycle, & diet and answer my questions!! thanks!
Basic Information:
20 years old
6'2"
183 Lbs.
BF ~ 13% after putting my measurements in a website generator to calculate bf, but i thought for sure i had a higher body fat...
I've Been lifting on a regular basis for 1.5 years,
I Never have used ph or anything other than a couple PWO supplements (MP Assault + BSN Nitrix)
I would like to consider myself a generally healthy eater (for the past 3 years at least), with the occasional popcorn or ice cream binge..
Goals- drop bf, get shredded, six pack, vascular body, thick muscle tone, and athletic look
The Cycle:
1-10 Test Enanthate: 500mg/week (mon/thurs)
1-5 Dianabol (methandrostenolone): 50mg/ed
8-12 Dianabol: 50mg/ed
PCT:
12: Clomid (clomiphene citrate): 50mg/ed(300mg on day 1)
13: Clomid: 50mg/ed
14: Clomid: 50mg/ed
15: Clomid 50mg/ed
12: Nolvadex (tamoxifen citrate): 20mg/ed
13: Nolva: 20mg/ed
14: Nolva: 20mg/ed
15: Nolva: 20mg/ed
Questions:
1. Is hCG necessary for first cycle if taking Nolva/Clomid?/Does being young impact whether or not it is necessary to take hCG? -- curious about testicular atrophy and potential necessary and cheapest supplements. It is difficult to find hCG in my area and I would rather not have one more thing to inject in my body
2. Nolvadex AND Clomid necessary? Or should I take Nolvadex instead of Clomid?
- Is drinking alcohol on the weekends or nights with friends going to have a negative effect on me?
3. I will be out of the country for 10 days from early to mid-june, I arrive back home on a Tuesday. Would it matter if I start on Thursday with Test and get into a weekly cycle the following monday (my goal is to be done with Test by the time school starts back up on the last Wednesday of August)?
4. How much should I front load Dbol and Nolva for day 1 of each?/Is it a good/bad idea to front load the dose of Test by taking 1000mg the first week to spike blood levels?
5. I've always felt that my pecks are not hard and just look like moobs a bit, should i be more concerned about gyncomastia?
6. Anyone used Clenbuterol before? Would that help me in any way to lead to those sexy sick pack abs I desire? getclen.com/

Breakfast- 1 cup of quick oats whole milk, add 1.5 scoops of Protein powder and a banana
1 piece of whole wheat toast w/ natural peanut butter
or
5 eggs- 3 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, toast
Next Meal-1/4 plate of meat or chicken breast, with some vegetables
Next Meal (lunch)- tuna or chicken breast, vegetables
Next Meal-1/4 plate of meat or chicken breast, with some vegetables
Pre-training- 1 scoop of protein powder and water
Post-training- 2 scoops of protein powder
Next Meal (dinner)- 1/4 plate of meat of chicken breast or fish, with salad, vegetables, fruit
Before Bed- 1.5 scoop muscle milk
