I have been working out off- and- on since college days and I have always been natural. For the past 8 months I couldn't lift that heavy due to a soar rotator/injury. Recently, I have been in the gym for the past month and am now able to lift without any pain on the shoulder. My strength is almost back to what it was prior to injury. 1 week ago I began my first cycle.
Gear:
Sustanton QV250 - 1cc every 5 days
Stanazolic 50 - 1 cc every 3 days or:
BD/50 tablets - I use this to replace the Stanazolic when I am traveling for work, as carrying needles and viles through TSA could be sketchy.
Like I mentioned I have a job that requires me to travle by plane during the week. Typically I will fly out Monday and fly home on Thursday night. My challenges are trying to maintain the doesage above, eat enough quantity, frequency, and quality of foods;, and get in the gym despite how tired I may be. To keep the protein intake up I have been trying to drink some of the isopure drinks 2-3 a day (garbarge I know), 2 boneless skinless grilled chx breats (typical restaurant serving size), grilled fish/steak, perhaps an egg white omlet in the morning. I also make sure I keep my plenty hydrated and take milk thistle and my multis.
I haven’t noticed much since I started, as it is fairly early in the cycle and the quality of gear is suspect. I figure I should notice something within by next month, hopefully.
Age: 34
Height: 6' 2"
Weight: 204lbs
Not sure if my lifestyle permits, but figured I would at least try to make an effort.
