Hey everyone, I understand that I am new to your guys' forum. I am a daily contributor on ASF and have my log running over there, but felt like I should share my log with some of the forums i've used in the past during my research phase pre-cycle. Anyway, enjoy the log, share anything you'd like to say.
Going to be a very basic cycle:
1-13 750mg/wk Test E - split Monday and Thursday
1-13 500iu HCG/wk pinned with Test E
1-13 12.5mg Aromasin EOD to everyday with incresed dosage depending on bloodwork
After last pin wait 2 weeks and then begin PCT
20/20/20/20 Nolva, 50/50/50/50 Clomid
All through PuritySourceLabs
Attached is my pre-cycle blood work with Estradiol at 28 and Test at 445(kind of low considering im 23), and I will be getting blood work done at 6 weeks as well. I am currently in my 3rd week of this cycle.
Nutrition:
Caloric/macro goals: 330C/300P/37F, ~3300cal
Breakfast:
4 whole egg, 1 cup egg white, 1 cup spinach, some random veggies
2 slice ezekial break
1cup oats+1 scoop protein+1 cup fruit
I alternate between 2 pre-made meals depending on what sounds better at the time, 3 times a day.
1. 2 cup rice, 8oz chicken
2. 1 cup rice, 4oz salmon, 1 cup cucumber, 1 cup carrot
Dinner:
14oz of either steelhead, tilapia, salmon, lean pork, ground turkey, or steak, depending on whats thawed out
1-2 cup rice depending on carb intake earlier in day
1 cup sweet potato
and 1-2 cups veggies typically either asparagus, or veggy variety
Shakes(post workout/before bed)
1 cup almond milk/2 scoop protein/1cup greek yogurt/1 large banana/ice/1 cup oats
Other shit:
10g creatine
10g arginine
Animal pak
BCAA's
preworkout
carbs pre-workout
atleast 1 gallon water a day. no excuses.
I count/record all my meals/snacks throughout the day so if I dont finish a meal at some point during the day I force my self to eat those remaining macros/cals at the end of the day. I also have 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar a day, random cups of green ]tea, sometimes coffee with minimal creamer, etc etc. We eat VERY lean and clean food. I don't play around with that fast food bullshit, or other shit with a longer shelf life than i do. I used to workout hella intense on only ~1300cal and 150g protein and since i've adjusted my diet and forced myself to eat the right amount holy fuck does nutrition help.
At beginning of cycle (24 AUG) I weighed in at 195.8, currently sitting at 210. Trying to post my pre-current cycle pictures but for some reason this specific board isnt working, i'll keep toying with it and update with pictures.
