I want to start a 10 week cycle of test e, with dbol for first 4 weeks. A little confused about pct and what to take during cycle, like if its necessary to take arimdex or nolva during cycle, especially with dbol. Sorry if this is dumb, just new to this.

W1-10: Test e 250mg 2x
W1-4: dbol 40mg/d
W13-16: 40/40/20/20 nolva, 50/50/25/25 clomid

Does my pct look ok? Do I need to take arimdex throughout my cycle? Don’t think I can get hcg, will that be a problem?

1- drop the dbol since this is your first cycle
2- get arimidex and hcg, psl or rui both carry these and you will need them if you want to recover and prevent gyno
3- extend your test from 10 weeks to 12 weeks
4- nolva is used during pct, get arimidex to be used during your cycle

if you decide to NOT listen to the good advice above, and your going to run the Dbol anyways, then yes you most definitely will nee to run an AI, Dbol/test cycle aromatizes a ton. then when you drop the dbol you may need change your ai protocol

Welcome to the board. :wavey:

WHAT ARE YOUR STATS? :dunno:

This forum is loaded with extremely experienced and educated BB's , PL's and users of AAS with many years of involvement. Stick with us and listen n read. You need to have a first hand knowledge of how steroids work and the possible unwanted sides.

What you are being told is that you need to pay attention and learn about aromatizing compounds. Test and Dbol are most common for this and he cause of water retention and Gyno as well as a host of other unwanted side effects.

You need to learn and study more as , by your Q's it seems you don't have a good understanding of AAS and the safest possible use.

Go back and re-read all the sticky's ,posted where you came in for your initial post.

Answering one of your Q's.... YES you need to take Adex (AI) from start to finish and you need to understand why. The reason to control your Estrogen , specifically Estradiol (E2)

FIRST cycle no need for Dbol. 1st time around you are gonna have water problems most likely ?
