Training for 4 years seriously and 2 years without diet etc.

Basically going to be starting this steroid cycle on september the 15th

Dbol - 40mg - Weeks 1-4
test E - 600mg - Weeks 1-10 -300mg, Pin on Tuesday and friday.
Adex - 0.25mg - Weeks 1-12 EOD or ED
Liv52 - Everyday For liver support - Weeks 1-4 and week 12-15 during PCT.

PCT.

Nolva - 20mg Everyday - Weeks 14-18
clomid - 100mg - Week 1 - 50mg week15-18

Training.

5 Days a week.

Monday - Rest
Tuesday - Back and Bi's
Wednesday - Legs
Thursday - Shoulders and Chest
Friday - Rest
Saturday - Back and Bi's
Sunday - Chest and Tri's.

Diet - Will Be getting 4000+ calories since im bulking. 7 Meals a day and 2 whey protein shakes. Macros 35% protein 45% Carbs and 20% Fats

Additional Info - I know i should run just test e but im still going to take the dbol and is 4000 cals enough or do i need to increase this.
 
The dbol will give you a nice kick start, but for a first cycle test alone will suffice. If sides start to pop up, your not gonna know if it its the test or dbol. Did you get some blood work in? You should, give you a nice base of where your t levels are at, so when your done you can see if your back to normal.
 
Looks good...Better have a good reason when people ask how you just threw on 20+lbs in a matter of weeks. Seriously, it'll be obvious to everyone who knows you. That's why I opted for a test only first cycle, and with a drop of 2% body fat and a gain of 10lbs muscle, Its a huge 10wk change in appearence. If I would've opt for the dbol kickstart...omfg
