First cycle of liquid Clen

Hey guys,
So I just ordered my first cycle of liquid clen, I have a good general baseline for taking it two weeks on two off, I know it's mandatory to supplement with taurine, I've seen one or two with potassium, but I did notice for two weeks on two off it says take Benadryl for the weeks you're off, my question is, is there anything else that I can take on my two weeks off? I'm hypersensitive to the diphenhydramine. Also, to use potassium or not? What is the recommended amount for both taurine and potassium while on clen

Taking benadryl is a waste anyway. Take ketotifen and it will refresh the b2 receptors big time so you will respond really well when you hop back on the clen. Ketotifen is so effective at this that if you take 1mg/day, at night before bed while you are taking the clen you will not even have to do 2 weeks on, 2 off. You can run the clen continuously up to 8 weeks.
Either way you go use ketotifen, not benadryl.

None that are effective. Besides ketotifen is easily available and fairly inexpensive. I think last time I bought it from rui it only cost me like $20.
