What's up everyone. Just joined up here to try to learn a little bit about what I'm about to start. A little background on me. I'm 32, 6ft tall and tip the scale at a whopping 135lbs. Always been thin and am ready to change that. I started last week working out with my buddy. Also started loading creatine and drinking protein shakes. I try to eat every 3 hours and drink a $h!t ton of milk. I actually gained 5 lbs last week according to my home scale although I'm not sure how much of that if any was muscle. I take my first shot tomorow of Test Cyp 300mg. Going to start off with 1cc a week for a few weeks then up it to 2 a weeks. Deca towards the end of the test, then something to post on. Not sure what yet though.
Anyway, just wanted to introduce myself and give some background. I'm open to any advise anyone would like to offer as I'm new to this. I'm goin to try to find where I can start a progress thread if anyone is interested in seeing if I fail or not, so keep your eyes open for that.
