Recently I got my 2x 100x50mcg tabs from GS of clen.
I know all the consequences which may occur while I am on cycle (increased HR, BP and other sides)
I want to start my cycle soon.
So I want to get some tips on what kind of diet I should follow with my stats.
I thought of a High protein, moderate/low carb and a low fat diet.
My goal is to get below the 13% within 2 months.
My stats are:
Age : 18
Weight : 253lbs
Height : 6'2 (187cm)
Bodyfat : around 18-20%
I'm planning to cycle 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off with the doses

and then take 2 weeks off.
So what my actual question is. How much calories should I consume.
I have read something about clenbuterol being the most effective and anti-catabolic @ low calorie diets.
Now it doesn't actually make sense that if you take less calories that you will preserve muscle mass.
So what will be the best macros for me to use on this cylce?
I know a lot of you will probably say that I should work out more do more cardio and eat healthier.
Believe me... I have been on keto for like what, 3 months now? I haven't had really stunning results, it works, but at a really slow pace.
And the second thing, I have an internship now. from 8AM to 5PM and then i have to go to work from 5:30PM to 8:45PM, and our gym closes at 10PM, so I don't really have the time to work out more then I already do.
So I want to take clen to pace it a little bit up.
So what calorie intake would you suggest, I have searched all over the internet for some info, but I always see half (sorry) "assed" answers.
I want to get a clear answer on how much I should take according to my information to get the best results out of clen without losing too much muscle mass.
