First cycle on clen, I have some questions!

Hello,

Recently I got my 2x 100x50mcg tabs from GS of clen.

I know all the consequences which may occur while I am on cycle (increased HR, BP and other sides)

I want to start my cycle soon.

So I want to get some tips on what kind of diet I should follow with my stats.

I thought of a High protein, moderate/low carb and a low fat diet.

My goal is to get below the 13% within 2 months.



My stats are:

Age : 18
Weight : 253lbs
Height : 6'2 (187cm)
Bodyfat : around 18-20%



I'm planning to cycle 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off with the doses

and then take 2 weeks off.


So what my actual question is. How much calories should I consume.

I have read something about clenbuterol being the most effective and anti-catabolic @ low calorie diets.

Now it doesn't actually make sense that if you take less calories that you will preserve muscle mass.

So what will be the best macros for me to use on this cylce?

I know a lot of you will probably say that I should work out more do more cardio and eat healthier.

Believe me... I have been on keto for like what, 3 months now? I haven't had really stunning results, it works, but at a really slow pace.

And the second thing, I have an internship now. from 8AM to 5PM and then i have to go to work from 5:30PM to 8:45PM, and our gym closes at 10PM, so I don't really have the time to work out more then I already do.


So I want to take clen to pace it a little bit up.

So what calorie intake would you suggest, I have searched all over the internet for some info, but I always see half (sorry) "assed" answers.

I want to get a clear answer on how much I should take according to my information to get the best results out of clen without losing too much muscle mass.

You never really said what time you go to the gym and if you aren't working out while taking clen it will most likely be useless or there will be very little effect.
 
Oh, my apologies, I train for like ~1 hour a day. I could do a little bit of cardio after weightlifting for 1 hour. Like jogging or something else...
 
No need to apologize but the more cardio the better results you'll see. Make sure you keep your water intake high.
 
I would at least eat 500 under maintence or 1000. A good thing about clen, since it's anti-catabolic it helps preserve some muscle while in a defecit. To get an exact amount go into the diet section and look under the free advice from 3J. He's got a method to calculate what your maintence calories should be and then you can go from there.

My calorie needs in maintenance mode ( including what I burn at the gym) is around 3800. Do I have to lower that number or just the 3000 calories I when I don't do nothing at that day (BMR)??

That's where I am confused right now!

If you're trying to cut you need to be in a 500 calorie defecit the whole time so you should be eating 3300 calories a day.
 
why low fat?
you realize eating fat doesnt make you fat (unless alot od excess calories) its usually eating carbs/simple sugars that make one fat, on top of extra cals. i would highly rec a med-high fat ( healthy fat!) , high protein, med carb diet. i highly rec you look into "carb cycling for fatloss"

and i rec you grab some keto from RUI to make the clen more effective and last longer.

working out burns MINIMAL calories, just being ALIV is what burns like 90% of your calories. cadrio is good for health which = fatloss, but font eat say 2 cookies then work out/run for 1mile to burn it off... just dont eat the cookie.

i doubt you are burning more then 400cal in a workout.

I heard that if you are doing clen, you can safely go down do 2000 calories, because clen preserves muscle mass while cutting. That's why it is so popular.

I am also doing a cardio session 4 days a week, i burn around 350 calories per cardio session, and before cardio I do 1 hour of intense and heavy weightlifting, so I burn over 800 calories each workout for sure.

All I want to know is; What is the BEST diet you could possibly do with a clen cycle( with the most benefits)
 
I still want an answer, is it bad for me to be @ like 2000calories a day with 290 grams of protein intake? Will I lose lean body mass????
Please answer!!! I've read somewhere that clenbuterol is anti-catabolic because it decreases the cortisol levels?
Is this true// Respond ASAP. I am at my fifth day of clen now @ 80mcg
