Im gonna start my first cycle and dont want to have immense gains, just enough so i get bigger without getting too big. Dont want 500mg/wk or more as i read ill gain near 20 pounds of muscle and i dont wanna gain too much. 250 or 300 mg per week is good enough for me. My question is what do i do for pct? What should i take to combat gyno if it happens? And lastly, should my cycle be 250 mg every week for 8 weeks? How do i keep gains? Ive been doing research and read a lot of different things now im coming here to get answers. No hate pls.
