Hey guys, I have never done a cycle before, but I have some good friends in the Bodybuilding world and I decided it's time to next it to the next level. I have an athletic background in Rugby and Wrestling. I've competed in both internationally and have always been naive to steroid usage. I use to think the extremely jacked guys in my gym were blessed with excellent genetics. I have been contemplating a cycle now for a few months, and today I decided to begin!

Here are some stats:

Age:20 Deadlift: 585
Height: 5'8" Squat: 545
Weight: 200 lbs Bench: 285 (315 peak)
BF: ~15%

Goals:

-Terrific cardio -Increase mass to 215-220 lbs -Bench Press: 405 lbs
-Increased explosiveness -Deadlift: 675 lbs -10% BF
-Increased strength -Squat: 675 lbs

I have a powerlifting background, and in my sports it is a great asset to be significantly stronger than your opponent; this is usually the case already (bench press is not very important, but I want all my main lifts to be impressive). I want to extend that advantage as far as possible, because now that I am aware that the top tier athletes are doing this, I'm coming for them.

First Cycle: September 19th, 2012

- 1 1/2 ml TNT 400 medistar per week (250 Test e, 150 Tren)
- 20 mg Halotestin ED

The halos will go on for 4 weeks. Then they will be replaced with Clen, starting at 50mg/day for the first 3 days, and 100mg/day for the rest of the cycle (12 weeks), and Turinabol at 20mg per day for the remainder of the cycle.

Pictures from now are in my album. I will be comparing the before/afters every week after 3 weeks (the TNT takes some time to kick in, as you know better than me).

I need to stay mobile, otherwise I would go all hulk and pop some Anadrol. There is a lot that I'm uncertain about, and my friend--while he is experienced--is much less concerned with side effects than I am. He shot me up today with the TNT 400, and the halos will be in on Saturday (I wanted to start right away).

My training right now is intense: circuits, supersets, compound sets and cardio. The only reason I'm not below 10% bodyfat is because I have been force feeding myself carbs and any food i can find (healthy, of course) in an effort to conserve mass. I want to be a little heavier, but my cardio needs to be fantastic (even better now than when I was leaner).

PCT will be Nolva with Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and clomid. I have that written down somewhere. Maybe I will post later.

Any feedback would be highly appreciated! I've read a lot of posts and I very much admire how knowledgeable you all are.

Going to be doing halo myself in a few weeks. Looking forward to reading this. Also powerlifter.

@Ard yeah man powerlifting is the best place to start IMO! Halos should be great for the lifts. Maybe we will get some healthy competition going on our results. How many mg were you thinking of doing? I get 50 10 mg pills from my lab, so I figure I'll do 25 days of the Halos @ 20mg per day. I like my liver still working, if ya know what I mean!

So I'm shooting the TNT 400 once per week, and my shot was yesterday. Delt is pretty sore. I am having some awesome placebo results, particularly in the endurance section (ex: I'm on roids now! This ain't no thang). Did some crazy volume workouts for my back/biceps day yesterday. Today I am going to hit shoulders, triceps, and calves. It shall be a beastly workout.

Just some more pics and supplements. Did shoulders and tris today. Super intense. After that hit up some circuit abs with my ridiculously unorthodox exercises because I needed it and there were a lot of hotties there.

Added some leg shots. They are pretty tight right now. Other than my ass, my lower body is pretty lean in comparison to my upper. I am thinking I'm around 15-18% BF on my upper. If I didn't have a very muscular core you wouldn't be able to see any abs at all.

I cheated hardcore for the past week...there was really no diet. More like an eating free for all. Anyway, I'm taking ample amounts of test and tren now, so I need to respect this cycle more, hence the new supplements. I'm very excited to try Wired, by PhD nutrition. I have Rejuv-Nox too, which should bring out the veins as well. First time trying amino acids.

Any advice would be great! Sorry about the pics. I shake a little when I pose and I always train alone in the gym so I don't want to ask a random dude to take 5 different shots of me.

Halotestin will be in Monday. Anyone have experience with these? I'm thinking 20mg/day for 25 days. Milk thistle and cod liver oil for liver support, because I hear they just eat the liver. I'm very aggressive and intense as it is...are they a bad idea?
 
2nd day of taking Halos. This marks the end of week one for my first cycle. Took 1 1/2 ml of TNT on the 18th, and again, day 2 of halos. Felt some Halo rage earlier, when I heard a guy talking in an annoying voice. Luckily I'm not an angry person! If the strength increase this early is placebo, I'll take it. Flat bench DB bench with 100s for 15 reps. Had to stop because of the crazy pump from Wired (PhD nutrition).

Thanks man, I've really been putting this off for a while (I just turned 20, so I didn't want to do it too young--training since I was 13). I'm going for something that I can keep. I thought this would be my first cycle, but now that I know what I've been missing I will probably be on and off for the rest of my athletic career.

It's funny because in sports I get nicknames based on my legs, but in the bodybuilding world they're absolutely average hahaha. If they get bigger, they're going to have to stay hard. I can't think of something less useful than heavy legs that are just as powerful ;). I'll keep posting lift weights along with pictures. I'll add some videos too.
 
Looking good bro. You have a good base. Get after it. Youre gonna be a beast. Ill leave the advice to vets, but Ill be following. good luck.
 
I can feel it kicking in for sure. I'll hit up the gym after my rugby practice, so I'll post a few pics after that session :). Halos are keeping me lean and mean. Especially mean. Any more than 20mg would be waaayyy too much aggression for someone who is already aggressive like me lol.
 
btw eq is great, but causes some anxiety/insomnia in some who use it. if you have some tendency towards anxiety disorder you have to watch out or take benzo with eq
