First Cycle Plan : Seeking Advice and Tips

I should start this with some infos about me
Age : 24
Weight : 152 pounds (69 kilos)
Height : 5.9 (175 CM)
Body Fat : around 12% or less

Ive been working it in the gym for around 3 years now amd I've been thinking of getting into a cycle for more than 6 months so far , i started doing my research online just now and i manged to get some decent information but i still got lots of questions and still seeking more information before doing my first cycle .

This is the cycle that i planned so far tell me what do you guys think of it or what should i change in it . ( Note im going to do a full blood test before starting my cycle , and ill do the whole thing at a specialized clinic ill be even getting my cycle from it )

From Week 1 to Week 10 : Sustanon 500 mg's (250 mg's twice a week) or ( 166 mg's 3 times a week : every other day)
From Week 8 to Week 13 : Winstrol 50 mg's while the sustanon esters clear
From Week 4 to Week 13 : Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) ( Human Chorionic Gonadotropin ) 250 iu's twice a week
From Week 13 to Week 14 : Aromasin 10 mgs daily for two weeks.
From Week 14 to Week 15 : Nolvadex 20 mg's daily
From Week 16 to Week 18 : Nolvadex 10 mg's daily
Arimidex or Aromasin as needed throughout the cycle and in preparation for post cycle therapy (pct).

Notes:
- I'm having second thoughts about Winstrol
- What other post cycle therapy (pct) drugs can i take insted of Arimidex or Aromasin ?

As for my work out Ive planned a 6 day work which is what ive been doing for the past year which seemed to work pretty welll for me .
its goes like this :
Sa : Chest - Bicep - 1 Leg workout
Su : Back - Triceps - 2 Leg workout
Mo : Shoulders - Traps - Arms - 1 Leg workout

Tu : Chest - Bicep - 1 Leg workout
We : Back - Triceps - 2 Leg workout
Th : Shoulders - Traps - Arms - 1 Leg workout

Rest at Fridays

Now the Diet : 6 meals a day : 1 meal every 3 hours and snack on nuts inbetween meals + Supplements

Ill start my day with a big bowl of oats and skimmed milk + a scope of pure protien shake
3 hours later ill have 5-6 egg whites with 2-4 slices of brown bread

2-3 hours after that ill have my protien shake + amino acids and wait an hour then hit the gym , after the gym for about 30 min ill take another protien shake with amino acids , 2-3 hours after that ill have a meal combined of High protien (Chicken/Turky/Meat/Tona) source and brown rise
and repeat the same meal 3 hours after that , and before going to sleep ill have one last protien shake .


Now my questions
- What supplements should i take when im on a cycle and what supplements should i stay away from?
- what work out routines do u think will work out better while on a cycle?
- what type of foods should i focus on and what type of foods should i stay away from
- Should i include a 30min cardio before my gym work out?
- if im not going with Winstrol what changes should i do to my cycle?
- can i have a list of the post cycle therapy (pct) drugs that i can choose between for my cycle and which one do u recommend .

those are my questions for now ill have more later . thanks ;D

1. The cycle looks decent, but Winstrol (winny) can be hard on the joints/tendons so I recommend a joint support along with it.
2. Run you're aromasin throughout the whole a cycle and PCT to cut bloat and avoid gyno.
3. Your routine is crap, try something like 5x5, sheiko, HIT ect.. try not to work the same muscle two days in a row.
4. Focus on whole foods, avoid simple carbs(unless postwo).
5. Perform cardio after your workout, not before.
6. You don't need the Winstrol (winny), but some people like to end cycles with an oral to "harden up" before their PCT, or "kickstart" the beginning.
7. For a PCT I recommend: Torem, Aromasin, a Preworkout drink(some stimulant type), DAA, IGF-1(if you want to try to continue to gain during pct) and anything else you think would be beneficial.

Ya I'm thinking of dropping the Winny,
and im gonna use Jack3d as my pre workout, but what about Creatine and AAKG , can i use those also while on a cycle?
im gona look up the 5x5, sheiko, HIT .. etch work outs
 
You guys are right . I'm young but i got my mind setup already and im going to do this under the supervision of a doctor .

as for why im Skinny? well i'm pretty sure its genetic sense i do eat alot with a great diet but hardly seeing any results
i come from a family of 8 , and were all skinny thats why im depressed even when im already pushing more than my weight on bench press (around 70 kilos x3)
and pushing 200+ kilos on some leg press machines . but i cant see any progress and only small body changes in more than 5 months.


I tried looking out better work out routines but i can hardly understand any . if u guys could give me or explain for me a good work out routine that will help me improve in the gym.
 
Made up your mind? You have a head like a rock too. I think you should take the advice. Keep pounding the food and the weights man. Then you can run a cycle. I would wait for sure.
 
Ya if u made your mind up why u asking for help. So do you even know what winstrol does? It dries you out. If u already have trouble gaining weight why the fuck would u want something that dries you out? Of ya its because your just like every Dumbass that wants to mess himself up that doesn't take peoples advice that is trying to help you! Well you got my opinion. You need.to eat right and not roids. Well I know this cuz I had the same problem is you. Thing is I went with food instead of gear and it works. Another thing is if your doctor recommend winstrol well you need a new doctor.
 
Well i didnt go to the clinic yet , but after some reading im ditching the Winstrol (winny) and only going with sustanon , im going to pay the doctor a visit in few weeks and see what he says .
 
Ok well that sounds better. I still don't agree with you choice. Your gobna waste money and your gear. So don't take are advice. Your not ready for gear. Did you get your levels checked? Ofcourse not. Ate you going to get them checked while your on or after? Prob not. Gear levels are most likely where your natty levels are now at your age. Gear isn't a magical shot you just take and get big. The way you eat I wouldn't be surprised If you gained 10lbs after your cycle. But you'll lose it all after your post cycle therapy (pct) because you don't know how to eat. Hey its your money and body not mine. Good luck Herm out!!

About par for the course. Your story has changed about 5 times since the beginning. Its simple bud. Wait. Wait until you are a couple years older. Learn how to eat and grow. Hell, at 27, its still pretty easy for me to up my food intake(quality and quantity and gain a pound a week and sometimes more for several months. Just do the right thing. Don't be hard headed. Protect yourself now. You will be wasting your time. I am far away from a gear guru, but a lot of these guys are, or pretty damn close. Don't just hear them, listen to them. It will benefit you.

absolutely solid advice.


no matter how much that you wish that your eating right , your not . steroids cant make up for a crappy diet and another thing to consider is even if you eat a little better on cycle and you do get bigger NOW your calorie requirements are PERMENANTLY higher , if you dont eat more you will shrink right back to what you were or lower.
 
Alright ill leave this for few years and focus on my diet , i wasnt going to do anything until i visit the clinic and get everything checked up first , i only wanted to ask around before doing the tests sense they cost around 650$ .
