I read a lot of your posts and I would like to ask you for advice. I'm 18 years old, 185 cm, 175 lbs, 4% body fat and I've been going to the gym for 3 years now. My bench press is 245 pounds, lat pull down 290 lbs and I literally work out with the heaviest dumbbells at the gym. But the problem is I stopped getting bigger a few months ago even though my weights are going crazy. I think I hit a plateau and that's why I considered using steroids. Should I do it?
That's an important step in the grieving process, I think..
Glad u felt better afterwards, I remember how hard it was for me to visit my Dad's house afterwards.
Grieving it's a complicated thing, we all do it differently.
I can only imagine, my dad and I are very very close but he lives in Uganda and I'm here in the UK, but we are in contact all the time. You have people who will lend you an ear or shoulder when you need. I'm good for kiddie pics to keep your spirits up!
Seriously, he passed? I'm so sorry to read that, I have never had to go through that (not yet) but I can only imagine what you're going through. I can only imagine that he would want you to stay strong, accept what has happened, but enjoy the memories. He's now free of pain and at rest. Take good care of yourself.
