24 years old
195/200 pounds
6 foot 1
training with weights since i was 16 but have boxed etc so size and weight has been up and down
goal bulk to 220 cut to 200 and be lean as possible
current body fat around 10 / 12 %
i will post a picture of different conditions i have been in
Ive finished 5 weeks of pro hormones - kind of regret using them they were mild, the pumps were good but nothing else really
so i am pcting currently with those that will continue for 3 weeks more
then i am planning on taking
Test E for 12 weeks 500ml 2 x 250 shots per week
HCG - dose i am a little unsure on if someone could help me please ?
I can get arimidex or aromasin I've heard different things but which would you guys recommend on cycle ?
PCT week 14 nolvadex 40/40/20/20
clomid 50/50/50/50
So my main 2 questions are HCG dose for this cycle
and arimidex or aromasin to go along side / and recommended dose
Im in no rush to get started i want everything in place before i go ahead
