Been reading for a while now. Thinking of a first cycle.
Few details:
30 yrs
5' 8"
165 lbs
20% bf (bulking right now)
Around 1 and half years of serious training
Have done a lot of cardio and body weight exercises when I was a teen (continued till my early twenties).
Started working out recently (year and a half) and lost a lot of BF and gained about 12 lbs of muscle.
Read a lot on various forums and books, and thinking of running a cycle in a couple of months' time (after my BF has dropped to 17-18%). Have gathered all the supplies needed for the cycle (all genuine stuff).
Weeks 1 - 12:
Test-E (Testoviron Depot)500mg/week - 250mg x 2 (Mon and Thur)
HCG 500iu per week - 250iu x 2 (Tue and Fri)
Arimidex (Armatroz) 0.25mg EOD
Nolvadex 10mg ED
Weeks 13 and 14:
Arimidex (Armatroz) 0.25mg EOD
Nolvadex 10mg ED
PCT:
Weeks 15 - 18:
Day1 300mg Clomid + 20mg Nolvadex
Day 2-11 100mg Clomid + 20mg Nolvadex
Day12-21 50mg Clomid + 20mg Nolvadex
Post PCT:
DAA - 3gms per day for 3 weeks
Natural Test Booster - One Cycle
Side Effects:
1. Extra Nolva and Arimidex on hand for use on cycle in case of gyno.
2. Over the counter acne and skin creams.
Syringes:
18g 1-1/4" for drawing
24g 1-1/4" for injection
Insulin syringes for HCG
Plenty of Alcohol Swabs
Nutrition:
Protein 300gms per day (6 protein drinks + Meat)

Approx. calorie intake: 3,500 per day

During PCT - Heavy Weights Low Reps (focus on Squats, Bench Press, Shoulder Press, Deadlifts)
Blood Panel:
Test (Free and Total), Estradiol, Lipid Profile, Liver Values, etc.
1. 1 week before cycle
2. 4 weeks into cycle
3. Just before PCT
4. Post PCT
I have few doubts though:
1. Is it necessary to run Nolva on cyle (weeks 1 - 12) if I am running Arimidex 0.25mg eod on cycle?
2. I dont want my testes to shut down, hence HCG on cycle (Weeks 1 - 12). Should I continue till week 15 (before my pct)?
2a (4). Weeks 13 and 14 - Is it necessary to take Amex and Nolva?
3. Is my PCT schedule fine? Should I run pct for 4 weeks?
4. Is it too much to take 300mg of Clomid on day 1 of PCT?
5. Should I stop creatine while on cycle and pct?
6. Finally, the most important of all - Should I train for another year before beginning my first cycle. I am not sure about this?
