First Cycle Question...

So I got my ass chewed for posting this on a different thread, anyway here it is...

Alright, I'm a complete noob here. I have been researching for about a year and am finally starting my first cycle. I would rather ask for help then mess myself up. I have a friend that is on his 5th cycle and he recommended this. Can somebody look this over and tell me if it's a good idea please?

30mg Dianabol/day x 10 days

400mg test E/week x6 weeks

150mg tren E/week x4 weeks

PCT= clomid Only x 30 days

Current stats:

5'8"
158lbs
Max bench: 275lbs
BF: 5%

I am trying to put on and keep 12lbs.

Any and all advice is welcome. Thanks guys.

Your friend is a moron. If this is your first cycle, you should be a test only cycle. No other compounds. everyone in the world knows this.

Bro his advice is wrong. You never do tren for your first cycle. You always use test only so you know how your body will react to test. then you add in another compound on your next cycle so you will know how your body reacts to that compound. Never had more than on steroid on your first cycle. This would be a good cycle for you. You will gain 15-20 pounds off this cycle

test E 1-12 400-500mgs a week.
And make sure you have an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) on hand.
For your post cycle therapy (pct) you should have nolva and clomid not just nolva.
If you have anymore questions just ask bro.

Yeah that's what I've been reading, he's not exactly a genius and I obviously don't trust him or I wouldn't be on here asking. Thanks for the advice.

Yes actually, what kind of gains can I expect on strictly test e? and how much will keep?

I am 25 and have been working out 5 days a week for 3 years straight. I mean I never skip days unless it's an emergency. I have went from 120lbs to 158lbs just drinking creatine, however, I haven't gained a pound in about 9 months! I eat until I'm sick and don't gain anything anymore.

Also, how long before I can start a second cycle if I decide I need to?

These questions are answered elsewhere, however it seems as though everybody has their own opinion.

On my first Test E only cycle i gained 25 pounds. Im in my Pct now im 2 weeks in. I havnt even lost a pound yet. But ive been eating like a monster. You will lose some weight after the cycle. You will loose about five pounds after your post cycle therapy (pct) if you have a good diet. You could wait til you hit 185 to 200 pounds to do AAS bc its easy to get to 185 natural. How many cals do you take in a day and how much protein?
and Time on + post cycle therapy (pct) = time off so you need to wait for 4 months to get back on AAS after a cycle. You could wait longer if you wanted.

It's hard to keep track of cals because I am currently deployed, however, I estimate that I'm getting between 3500-3750/day. I honestly could not eat anymore if I tried. 185lbs on my tiny frame would look HUGE. As it is the guys in my platoon say I look as though I weigh at least 10 pounds more than I really do. If I make it to 170lbs I will be extremely happy. As for protein, like I said before it's hard to say how much I intake from food because of our irregular meals. As far as supplements go, I have been taking 5mg of creatine/day, basic load of BCAA's, and 100g's of protein from shakes consistently since I stopped gaining weight from just force feeding myself.

Honestly, in my opinion, you should be able to put on 12lbs naturally with just a good diet and training routine alone. I don't see a need for you to cycle anything until you can get that diet in check man. You are light man. Just 158lbs even at 5'7 is not very much man. Not bashing you, just calling it like it is.

You need to be taking in 4000-4500 cals a day if you want huge gains and 220-250 grams of protein a day.

I agree with riprockwell 158lbs is not very much at 5'7. You can get 185 natural just up your cals and protein.

Check out the diet forum on here. Crap load of good info there, some may say your relying on too much protein in a shake. You should be eating it instead of drinking it.

Good luck and thank you for your service, from one to another.
