First cycle - still confused pls help!

Hi All,
I've thinking to do a cycle for long time... Always been a bit scared and a bit "uneducated" about this massive new world, so I've never done it. Now I think I'm ready though, so I've just signed up here hoping to get some great advice from you guys as it looks like you know a lot more than me...

Me:
33y.o.
5.10x 202lb - big legs, big shoulder and torso, heavy bones.
19% body fat (around hips mostly)
I cycle 14 miles p/d 5 times a week and sometimes during weekend too (less miles though)
I do body combat class between 1 end 3 times a week (it depends how busy I am)
I do free weights 3 times a week (usually: 1-chest, 2-back, 3-shoulders + arms)
I try to have a good balanced diet with low carbs, no sweets and chocolate (TRYING) and more proteins, fiber etc...

My goal is to loose weight (the little belly I've got) and get lean and a bit of mass but just a bit as I don't want to look too big and fake , i like more a "natural fit" body.... (no offense anyone!!)

I was thinking to do a cycle (or half cycle) of Winstrol - seems like you can take Winstrol by itself, so what about Winstrol & Trenbolone (or Boldenone) together?
As I said I'm not an expert, I have few friends into in it but they all say what they think I should do following their experience but we all look different so maybe someone out there with more knowledge can help me?

There is a lot more reading you have to do. Winstrol and tren are NOT for first time cyclers. Test should be used as a base for every cycle and should be ran solo for a first cycle. You can accomplish what you want with diet alone and I would suggest to work on that first and drop some body fat before running any type of cycle. Again Winstrol (winny) and tren are a horrible idea for a first timer, especially Winstrol (winny) if you're as active as you say you are seeing as it dries out joints.

so you suggest to keep going with my routine/diet and lose some weight/ BF% before to start any cycle? And I might don't even need to do one?
2 years ago Ive reached the perfect body balance ( for myself see pic) and it was only with training diet and eph. so i might can get some help using some Anavar?

From experiance I would advise you not to do a oral only cycle bro. Recovery is harsh on the ones that shut down your natural Testosterone level. From your goals it sounds like you can achieve that with a solid diet. But if your going to do it... study up for a while about how to run a Test cycle.
 
Whoa slow up there cowboy it would be a horrible idea to do Winstrol (winny) and tren for a first cycle. Most people do 3-5 cycles before even considering tren. You always need a test base and never do an oral only cycle (the people on this forum will damn near kill you if you suggest an oral only cycle so please don't). For a first cycle though you want a test only cycle and make sure you read the stickys all the information you need for a first cycle is in there.
 
some great knowledge here.. going to try to add my input. as mentioned, some reading up is in order. test only is a staple. also need to learn about AI's and post cycle therapy (pct). just basic stuff. you didn't mention time in working out. assuming you've got some time in, test can be a great help. with good diet, proper training ect. you could see gains. don't have to worry about not looking "natural" . in fact, if you didn't eat or train right, probably wouldn't gain shit. gear alone won't do anything for you.
speaking from MY personal experience. test only with a good diet and training will help you shed fat nicely. i'm almost 45, run a business and have half custody of my daughter. don't always eat clean as i should and doing test helps to be a little more forgiving.
 
thanks man... started just like most do. had very little info. spent some time on another board a few years ago and got a great education. realized there are more myths than truths when it comes to gear. i'm a believer (obviously) that sensible, educated use can be of huge benefit with little risk. also think it's boards like this spreading truths and knowledge can only help educate to eliminate the bs.
