First cycle, test 500mg, PTC = Clomid?

Ok guys first time around
using 500 mg of test a week for 12 weeks
ok so is this right: at the end of 12 weeks, wait 2 weeks, then take Clomid 50 mG a day for... ? for how long? and also where do I get it at? Can I order it? and is that all there is to the cycle?

body fat idk.. i'm not fat but i'm not ripped either, I can probably bench around 275 =/

Doesn't sound like a serious training history.

I do not condone the use of steroids...... until your 25......

Their is such thing as Newbie training,

which means, you will gain naturally the most when you first hit the gym for 6 months with a solid diet.

at 192, sounds like you should train and learn what a bodybuilding diet is before you jump into this, or else you just wasted your first cycle on something you could have done naturally in 6 months.
 
ok well I don't want it in 6 months I want it in 2 months. I use to bench 375 before I shrunk up, and now I feel like a weak little bitch. I feel like I cant train without steroids and I just want to make sure I do it properly this time. I have already made up my mind i'm going to do it, in fact I have already taken my first 250MG, so instead of knocking me can someone tell me what to take when I am cycling off and where to get it? I honestly don't give a fuck what I can do in 6 months or in 60 months, I just know that I feel like shit about myself and I want to do something about it fast.

You can find liquid clomid on peptide sites. Although nolva is more wide spread as a liquid on peptide shops, they are there and all are legal(for research use on animals)

extremepeptide.com is solid.

You should look into an Aromatase inhibitor (AI). Aromasin is a good one,.. also comes in liquid form from peptide stores. Rui at the top of the front page is a peptide store as well.

You should have had your post cycle therapy (pct) and Aromatase inhibitor (AI) in order before you pricked.

i'm not a fucking idiot.. just kind of depressed and feel like a nice body is the answer.. I am not happy with my girlfriend shes hot but shes fucking annoying I want someone else and I feel like I don't have the confidence without the body..
 
Brotha I'm glad you are asking questions and wanting to learn. The advice given was the correct advice. You need to get either torem, clomid immediately.

Here's the problems: the reason you need to train naturally is to strengthen tendons(1). AAS will incease strength and weight faster then tendons can keep up with. Not having a good prior training history you greatly increase your risk for injury. (2) if you are not able to gain/cut with diet and training natural, anything you gain from a cycle will be hard to keep because you change the need for calories and don't know how to manipulate diet/training for your body to maintain the gains. So it's likely you would lose a lot after.

It sounds like you are using AAS as a short cut when its best used to break thru plateaus. It's your choice and I won't knock you for your decision, but I'll give you my opinion.

How you eat, train, sleep will determine the type of gains you will make. You need to do more research because you won't know how to handle sides if/when they occur. You need an aromatase inhibitor in case you have estro sides (gyno, acne,bloat,etc). Aromisin or adex.

Pct clomid 50mg a day for 4 weeks or torem 90,60,60,30 and you can add nolvadex to either at 40,40,20,20.

Aromisin the entire cycle at 12.5mg a day or only if sides appear. Either is fine. 12.5 mg a day during post cycle therapy (pct).

If you aren't happy with your life then make changes. A cycle will not change you that much. You are going to get a lot of negative responses because it sounds like you have an attitude or are defensive. Just keep in mind that this board is for learning and helping others so take it for what it's worth. Do some reading and try to make the best of the cycle but be prepared when you come off because it's easy to lose it all plus some if you don't take this very serious.

Good points User. He will also need some HCG for during the cycle or in a blast phase at the end. I think he should do some more research on this board and see what other people have used for their cyles. In addition if you're not happy with your gf or your confidence level then hit the gym and eat healthy and the rest will come in time. Good luck.

it's around 2200-2500 calories and I was 195.4 this morning, so I know it's not a lot of calories but my goal is to lose some fat while I am gaining all this muscle, I don't wanna be a big strong fat guy.. and I know that I am not a guru on this that's why I am asking questions so please comment the more knowledge I have the better.
 
Your diet sucks as far as mass gaining. You can eat alot of cals and as long as theyre clean and you're training you're not gonna get fat. Up your cals by 500 and do it til you stop gaining. Then up it by 500 again. Then do it again. Calories do not equal fat as long as they're clean and you're not just sitting on your ass. Calories are fuel for growth.
