First cycle- Test E/Dbol

21, 5'8 180 pounds, about 8 percent bf. Been training for a good 4 years now, diet has been in check and i currently take in roughly 4000-4200 calories. I've upped my calories and have also added in some dirty foods but have been hanging around the 180-185 lb. mark. Strength is pretty high and I've put on about 40-45 pounds over the past 3-4 years.
Bench- 290
Squat- 380
Dead- 460
BB seated press- 185 x 6

That said, after much research I've decided to do a Test E cycle at 500-600/week (most likely 500). I know many say wait till you age more but I feel ready now, I've been the same height/structure since I was 16, I've never been able to get above 185 with low bf- even after upping cals near 5k/day(usually resulted in extra fat) and altering training. I've done it all to get above 185, even put on extra fat from clean calories, and still have failed to put on more muscle. I'm ecto that is naturally around 140 lbs, my body fights me to gain above 180. I'm going to run a test/dbol cycle so I'd appreciate feedback on the set up and optional compounds used.

25 gauge 1"- quad/delts (dont feel comfortable playing contortionist and doing it in the glutes lol), will probably get extra 22's to draw as I hear its a bitch to draw with the 25's

Weeks 1-10- test E (250 Mon/250 thur)
Weeks 1-4- 25mg Dbol (possibly 30)
Weeks 12-15 Clomid (100/50/50/50)

Adex 12.5 eod starting week 3

first question, Does this set up look okay?

2nd- Should I up the adex to .25/eod or should .125 suffice, and just increase to 25 if sides come up..
Also should I stop the adex at week 12?

3rd- I see some people throw in nolva on top of the clomid during pct, seems like a bit much, especially considering its only going to be a short test cycle, should I throw in Nolva with Clomid?

looks just about right, dbol at ur weight id say about 40mgs
.25 eod of the dex sounds better imo
deff gunna need the nolva 40/40/20/20 or 40/20/20/20

personally i would wait till i was older, but if your going to go ahead and do it anyways i will recommend letro to control bloat and estrogen. I got a lot of water with dbol and test
 
skip the dbol on the 1st cycle , yest only at 500-600 mg a week for 10-12 weeks. DO NOT forget post cycle therapy / pct

cycle looks good,just need to tweak you pct timing.Last pin is wk 10 so wks 11 and 12 off 13 starts pct(that would be a full 2 wks.Then SERM protocol looks good.

Shouldn't Adex ed suffice? Letro stops estro almost completely, I'll def. keep letro on hand though and run the adex through out at a low dosage. Did you really run letro you're whole cycle? I may follow Dadawg's advice and do a test only cycle, as my uncle gave me dbol but they're only in 50mg capsules :dunno:. Thanks for the feedback!

Isn't clomid okay for post cycle therapy (pct)? yeah I'll def go with .25 eod or .125 ed for the adex, Thanks! I've read that Clomid can help in kickstarting the hpta.. more so than Nolva. Any feedback on that guys?

Hmm do you think doing a 600/week test E only, at my weight/height would work well? Or should I stick with 500/week to get things started? Also I was going to run Clomid at 100/50/50/50.

Thanks bro! Oh yah sorry, I know to wait 2 weeks after my test is done, so yeah week 13, mistyped it. I'm always on top of my diet and training, only thing I gotta do now is try to get more sleep! :sleep:

Dude, you will make great gains with 500mgs of test alone. You dont need the dbol.Run the test.Clomid alone is fine for PCT. 100/50/50/50(I feel 50/50/50/50 works the same).
Most important parts is,EAT! Drugs dont make you grow,food does!
