First cycle at age 21 - I know I will definitely be flamed for the age so I'm prepared for that.
Been into sports majority of my life - Hockey, Football, Baseball. Trained under the supervision of 3 different trainers over the past 3-4 years. Currently sit at 185lbs, 5'9.5" 6.5%BF most recently taken 9 days ago at a progression checkpoint weigh-in with the trainer.
First cycle is going to be 12 weeks of Test. Enanthate/500 injected twice weekly (Monday and Thursday)
Along with this will be 250iu of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) injected 2 times weekly and then 500iu every day for 10 days leading up to 4 days prior to post cycle therapy (pct). post cycle therapy (pct) will consist of Clomid 50/50/50/50 and Nolva 20/20/10/10.
Dianabol was also ordered with the intention of kickstarting the first 4 weeks but I will likely hold off on that for another cycle.
Lift numbers prior to start of cycle (All numbers are based off sets of 5 reps):
Bench - 235x5
Deadlift - 405x5
Squat - 320x5
Pullups - 37
Current supps:
Xtend
Vitargo
Creatine
Beta-Alanine
Protein (both Casein and Whey)
Animal Pak
Going to drop the Creatine and probably the Alanine during cycle and then start them back up again post cycle.
For training I will do every set to failure. 4 day split but instead of taking 3 days off I take 2 and just continue on with the training regimint. Looks like so:
Day 1 - Legs
Day 2 - Chest/Tri
Day 3 - Rest
Day 4 - Back/Bi
Day 5 - Shoulders/Traps
Day 6- Rest
Day 7 - Training day (Whatever day of the regiment it is. With this example it would be legs.)
Each workout consists of approx. 23 sets except for legs which will sit around 16-17. Rep ranges change every week gradually working down to 3-5 reps after 4 weeks and then back up to 12-15 reps the following week, gradually decreasing each week again. Increments are 12-15, 9-11, 6-8, 3-5.
Diet macros will sit at 4000 cals, 200-250g protein, etc. You've all heard it before. Those will be scaled up during cycle accordingly.
Growth plates have been confirmed closed, whole family is generally pretty small (5'9" and under) except for my brother, 16, 6'2" 230.
Again, please don't flame me too hard for the age- I realize I will get some and probably rightfully deserved. Reading the many useful posts here I realize many of you feel under 25 is too young.
Anything you guys think I should add/subtract to the cycle?
