First cycle test prop.

Pre juice stats:

Age:24
Height: 6'0
Weight: 185lbs
BF:9%

3 Weeks in cycle:

196lbs
BF:~11%

Using test prop. EOD 150mg that has been upped to 200mg in the last 3 pins. I don't feel any sides and I will continue to use 200 for the remaining 5 weeks of my cycle.

Training: I am doing a lot of sprinting and cardio in combination with weights. Cleans, deadlifts, bench, squats, chinups/pullups etc.

Diet: I'm not counting anything but I make sure to eat mainly a clean diet. Also with plenty of vegetables and fruits. A ton of protein and shakes but I would like to add more carbs as I feel my bodies need for calories growing. I'm eating constantly throughout the day rather than big meals. I find I digest it better and I feel more stable.

Goal: 210lbs with the minimal amount of fat that I have now.

So far as long as I keep training very hard and eating all day that seems to be the winning ticket. My sleep was a little troubled at first but now I sleep like a baby around 10pm til 6-7am. So far I'm very happy with the results and the promising potential of the rest of the cycle.

+11lbs and feeling strong as fuck
 
Being my first cycle I figured 8 weeks would be enough. I'm not sure if I would have much more prop to last at the moment. But I do have another 5 vials coming in so I suppose I could extend it if I really want to. I think it will be a decision to make once I hit the 7 week mark.
 
Ok so another update. I started this cycle on March 7th.

Started March 7th: 185lbs

I'm weighing in at 202lbs (+17lbs). I suffered some slight acne on my arms but its nothing to worry about. I use some rubbing alcohol on the spots and it seems to help a little.

Even though I haven't kept up as much as I normally do with cardio I've kept fat off and I'm still around my 9-11%. I have some water from creatine and the prop but again nothing to complain about.

Strength gains have been really increasing now. I packed on weight quickly early on but now I feel the real solid gains are going to be had if I train hard. Vascularity is up but nothing extreme.

So far so good. 1 month in and +17lbs. I'm hoping with another 4 weeks of solid training and eating that I'll hit 210-215lbs.

Yeah I think I can arrange something with my doctor for a blood test. If I get that done I will definitely post it as soon as I have the results.

For now I will just update with the basic results like weight gained and other possible side effects.

My libido at times is pretty high but not nearly as much as I was expecting. Just slightly above normal. I have an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) on hand that i had to use for a couple days because of a slight itch sensation in the nips but I discontinued it's use. Not using for it the last 2 weeks and I feel perfectly fine.

I noticed a very slight bit of hair loss just above my temples but its nothing major and I'm not very self conscious about it either.

One thing I am concerned about is the slight lumps in the spots I inject in my quads. They seem to fade but as i inject in them more often as the weeks go by they seem to linger more. The pip is very minimal. Occasionally I have the pip spread from the area and linger in different areas of my thigh. I check for discoloration and any signs infection but that hasn't been the case. It can be painful if it spreads further near my knee area.

That's about it so far. Time to eat!
 
I too have just started a cycle and some of the guys on here have helped me out. I am on a 150enth, 150 cyp, and 50 prop blend starting my 5th week and apparently gained about 10-15 lbs respectively. I however taped out at 13% and need to get that down (11-10%) since my BMI is suppose to be 191lbs max. lol

Some of the guys here have helped me with advice and I am not taking anything else with this at all, and getting low on the vial! I was told there are 200IU's in the vial(yeah that sounds stupid but i had smaller goals in the beginning) now that i am used to the pins I want to take full advantage of what i have being 33 years old. i am having a tough time also determining the ml/mg of the blend! What other advice did you receive and can provide to help me along the way. It seems you are doing very well with your first!
 
If I had any advice to give it would probably not to be too concentrated on looking in the mirror constantly. There's things you need to have beforehand before sticking anything in yourself.

Simple first cycle. Test Prop was ideal for me as I wanted something that kicked in quickly, was effective and out of my system quickly as well once I'm finished. (AI was on hand and dealt with my itchy nips quickly and effectively)

Training. Lifting weights is of course the bulk of my training while I'm on prop but I have found doing sprinting and interval running has made my body feel much tighter, stronger and fitter all around.

I think what's made my cycle a success so far is that I was in very good shape all around to begin. I have a good diet but I don't count calories and protein etc. It's basically common sense what's a good protein, carb and vegetable balance for me. I've been eating healthily for years so it's a simple matter of upping the amount I'm eating. I also have found eating steadily through the day. A nice stream of balanced snacks has made it easier to eat more and keep my energy levels up while still eating enough protein to make sure they're being fully fed through the day.

I also have the advantage that most people dont.. that's having a very good trainer. A lot of the questions people have about what/how they should train is off my shoulders. It's also someone that can watch and push my progress further than I might be able to do on my own. Also just as important to ease back or change something before injuring myself.

All in all I followed the basic advice on here! As I go along I find out what works for me specifically.

I find once I had a fully covered schedule I no longer have to look in the mirror and obsess. I know for a fact I'm growing and effectively using my cycle. It's all about consistency now and following that schedule properly. Simple!
 
March 15th - 207lbs

The gains are almost making me nervous. I have enough juice to last another 5 weeks or so. If it continues like it has I expect to reach around 220 by the end of the cycle which is pretty great considering I would have been happy with 210. My strength is at an all time high and my girlfriend is now walking funny. Prop is awesome!
 
Thanks for this....I am right on track with you minus the trainer but I have followed the p90x program for a year now, and know my way around the gym with several several years of experience....looking forward to hearing more!
 
What do you think about the blend that I have....I wasnt sure on the amount at first but I am nearly 200 now 13%. I missed two days so I will go with a larger pin today. Like I said I am new and running out of the blend, trying to get another one in very soon, I started March 11 so I am going in to my 7th week.....I am being told 12 weeks but i can def see the enth and cyp kicking in!
