All this research im trying to do is giving me a headache.
I'm going to be starting my first cycle on Test 400 because its really the only thing I can get ahold of and my buddy is pretty good knowledge but im always open to opinions. From what I read it sounds like decent stuff (besides the pain)
My main questions would be should I be stacking with anything during my first cycle? Or should I just keep it to a minimum for the first run? I do plan on having Nolvadex nearby for any gyno issues. Nolva also helps with water retention right? Should I just run 20mg the whole time throughout the end of PCT?
I feel like ive done tons of research and have gained some info but someones one on one input would be great and give me a little peace of mind..
My goal would be to cut but my buddy recommends I build for the first 6 months and then start thinking about cutting..

I don't know my bf% but it is something I have always battled with..
I'm sure I just sound like another newbie but I'm serious about this and will give it my all...and yes I have read the newbie post's but like I said my head is about to explode with all these questions I have...
Edit: Even in the last half hour or so I have caught on. I really think I have it now, kinda crazy but any suggestions are welcome!
