First Cycle TESTO

What are your goals anyway. Prop wouldn't be my number one choice on first cycle plus for size you should go with enth or cyp twice a week. Use prop as a hardener on a cutting cycle or even stacked on a bulking cycle.

Anyways 150 is fine for prop. I usually workout 5 days a week but I kill it when I do. SOmetimes I go more than 5 times but only when I am on cycle and eating 5000 calories or more. Remember working out burns calories and we are trying to use calories to put mass on!

alot of pain and suffering happend but thanks to god anyway
i got too much free time
and i got will or what people do call it
so i just dont want to waste it
btw i need to lose fat wouldnt it be hard to lose fat if i eat 5000 c ?
i mean am getting 3-5 lrage breasts per day + fruit veg + low carb + protien shake should i add more ? or what i like some advice please
