Not sure if this is in the right sub-forum or not, sorry if its in the wrong place. I can move - copy paste accordingly.
I'm doing some research for my first cycle. I am thinking of doing a t gel and a PH for my first run. I know injectables are better but thinking about starting with this before I try the real deal (and don't have a source, rather have in person source than online) and just to see how I react.
First what gel/spray. Which would you recommend -- RS-Transaderm from ruthless supplements or generic androgel from androshop? (those are two I have found a decent amount of info on). I would use as directed, x amounts of pumps after shower in morning etc. How long would I run something like this for?
Thinking of stacking this with M-Sten rx. Have read a lot of good things and logs with this product. Would use as directed, 2 pills a day with meals 1 am 1 pm. And run this for the recommended 4 weeks.
For cycle support thinking of using N2guard. Anything else I should add or replace N2 with? Should I take nolva during my cycle? Should I start my cycle support 2 weeks prior to actual cycle? Other misc supps I would take and am currently taking are fish oil, Orange Triad (multi+semi joint support), creatine. Protein powder, but thats not really a supp in my book. Might buy bulk glucosamine for joints.
For PCT thinking of using Nolvadex 20mg a day or Clomid ( from medicstar legit?) as PCT. I have no experience with either (obviously) which one do you think would benefit me and my cycle? I have bulk DAA, any other PCT supps to look into? When to start PCT since its PH and t gel?
Info about me:
-currently 21 (22 less than a month), but not going to run until ~22.5+years
-training for 3+ years
-Currently 6'3 at ~240lbs (dat dere bulking)
-Havent had it measured but I'm think my BF is around 17-18 or so BF.
^^ But stats might change some by the time I do my run^^
My long term goal is probably to be around 225-235, but be less than 10% bf.
Sorry for the novel fellas, just trying to get it all out there for the most help I can get. A lot of questions, so answer as many as you can or would like to. All info/criticism/pointers/knowledge dropping/man-heckling is encouraged. I have read all of the stickies (pretty sure
) and looking for some additional input from some more knowledgeable bros.
