Ok guys in my 6th week and thought I would share my results so far!!
1-12wk
500mg Test E per wk (Split into 2 shots per)
1-12 wk
500iu Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) per wk 1-12
plus 10 days @500iu's e.d. after last test shot

After last test E shot 500iu's of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) daily for 10 days.
clomid 50/50/50/50 Nolva 20/20/10/10/10
I also have Exemestane (AI) but I chose not to take it e.d. In my thinking 1 less drug is a good thing.
Letro on hand But no nips sensitivity so far.
I also got my B.W. done and was told by Doc that I was "a perfectly normal 31 year old male" I did not receive a copy of the actual test results is that normal?? should I ask for a paper copy?or will this raise red flags with the doc?

weight 203 (now) 194 (at start)
My physical condition at the beginning of cycle was extremely good. I would say I was in the very best shape of my life. My job is VERY physically demanding I am a fabricator/welder and live in Texas (108 degrees F today
). I would say I was in pretty good shape from working a demanding job for 7 yrs but I also Destroyed the gym daily for about 10 months leading up to my start.
I pin in the glute only and yes they are a bit sore but nothing to cry about. First 3 weeks noticed very little. I was a little more vascular during/after workouts. Fourth week was crazy it just really started kicking in around there. My bench went up by 20lbs per set that week alone lol. I feel fantastic!!! Almost bullet proof. None of my workout buddies (who have been working out with me from the start of my renewed interest in weight lifting) can keep up .
I am being very careful with the adition of weight I try to hold back a little I am just scared of injury. It seems so unnatural to grow this quick !!
Here is my only issue with my dedication. DIET! I am doing great on what I do eat I just cannot seem to eat enough I am eating about 3500 cals and about 120g of protein (according to all the stickies on this board thats low). I try to eat 4 meals a day but I just have no appetite in the a.m.??? I have tried everything but I just have to plain force breakfast and brunch down. I eat chicken breast, rice, all types of veggies fish absolutely no processed food but man I just wish I did not have to cram it down my gullet. Taste is not a factor at all I literally feel full after 1 small bite and after a couple of mouth fulls I get sick even fruit is hard to choke down in the morning. Should I try shakes and if so what is a good brand to go with? Water intake is at 2gal a day everyday sometimes more depending on what I am working on that day. What should I shoot for on carbs no one seems to agree? My goal with my diet is mass mass mass I am not fat due to my job/torture so I can really eat whatever but I like clean food. Any suggestions on this?
It surprised me in that I had joint pain before the cycle but none now. That is probably gonna haunt me later!
Any way Beginning wk 6 and have gained 9 lbs Is that low?? I feel strong and absolutely fantastic I just have a general since of well being.
Any suggestion on the diet thing would be awesome and I prolly left out a few things so fire away.
