First cycle week 6 Test E

Ok guys in my 6th week and thought I would share my results so far!!

1-12wk
500mg Test E per wk (Split into 2 shots per)

1-12 wk
500iu Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) per wk 1-12
plus 10 days @500iu's e.d. after last test shot

PCT
After last test E shot 500iu's of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) daily for 10 days.
clomid 50/50/50/50 Nolva 20/20/10/10/10

I also have Exemestane (AI) but I chose not to take it e.d. In my thinking 1 less drug is a good thing.

Letro on hand But no nips sensitivity so far.

I also got my B.W. done and was told by Doc that I was "a perfectly normal 31 year old male" I did not receive a copy of the actual test results is that normal?? should I ask for a paper copy?or will this raise red flags with the doc?

BF 17% (when I started)
Height 5'10"
weight 203 (now) 194 (at start)

My physical condition at the beginning of cycle was extremely good. I would say I was in the very best shape of my life. My job is VERY physically demanding I am a fabricator/welder and live in Texas (108 degrees F today:bawling:). I would say I was in pretty good shape from working a demanding job for 7 yrs but I also Destroyed the gym daily for about 10 months leading up to my start.

I pin in the glute only and yes they are a bit sore but nothing to cry about. First 3 weeks noticed very little. I was a little more vascular during/after workouts. Fourth week was crazy it just really started kicking in around there. My bench went up by 20lbs per set that week alone lol. I feel fantastic!!! Almost bullet proof. None of my workout buddies (who have been working out with me from the start of my renewed interest in weight lifting) can keep up .

I am being very careful with the adition of weight I try to hold back a little I am just scared of injury. It seems so unnatural to grow this quick !!

Here is my only issue with my dedication. DIET! I am doing great on what I do eat I just cannot seem to eat enough I am eating about 3500 cals and about 120g of protein (according to all the stickies on this board thats low). I try to eat 4 meals a day but I just have no appetite in the a.m.??? I have tried everything but I just have to plain force breakfast and brunch down. I eat chicken breast, rice, all types of veggies fish absolutely no processed food but man I just wish I did not have to cram it down my gullet. Taste is not a factor at all I literally feel full after 1 small bite and after a couple of mouth fulls I get sick even fruit is hard to choke down in the morning. Should I try shakes and if so what is a good brand to go with? Water intake is at 2gal a day everyday sometimes more depending on what I am working on that day. What should I shoot for on carbs no one seems to agree? My goal with my diet is mass mass mass I am not fat due to my job/torture so I can really eat whatever but I like clean food. Any suggestions on this?

It surprised me in that I had joint pain before the cycle but none now. That is probably gonna haunt me later!


Any way Beginning wk 6 and have gained 9 lbs Is that low?? I feel strong and absolutely fantastic I just have a general since of well being.

Any suggestion on the diet thing would be awesome and I prolly left out a few things so fire away.

Yeah definitely need to up your cals as you gain and protien intake. 1-2 g protein per lb of body weight. Shakes help get that extra protien in. It's hard for me to eat first thing too but I just force myself. Gets easier in time.

I see people wolfing down breakfast and for the life of me cannot figgure out how they do it!!!
 
good to hear your doing well man..i just finished my 5th week on Test E and i have gained 13.5lbs so far. One thing to keep in mind is as your weight increases, the more cals/protein you need to intake in order to maintain your weight and then grow. goodluck with the rest of your cycle!
 
Definitely need to up that protein!! I don't even think about it anymore I wolf down breakfast like a prisoner its gone in 60 seconds, and I drink a syntha 6 in the morning with it ,,I like the added calories and protein from syntha, and I use an isolate for post workout,,got to put some shakes in if you aren't a big eater, ,
 
Going on second week

I'm going on my second week of test e and haven't had any joint pain either. The pins are getting easier and I've been so motivated to work out. Can't wait until week 5, that's when they say it really kicks in and you notice the real differences. Keep up the good work dude!!

By week 5 I felt super human lol I cannot imagine what a Test/deca stack does to your inner monster. Already gathering my gear for the next one!!!

That reminds me. What is the recommended amount of time you should wait after completing your PCT before starting your next cycle?? Remember I am very safe minded and do not wish to completely ruin my endocrine system. Is that a question best asked after my PCT is complete so I will know how my body reacts throughout the ups and downs? I have had guys tell me 1 cycle per year and others say 2-3 is ok ?>?
 
Up'ed my cals to 5k clean carbs at 100 protein, thanks to the shake you recommended is up to 225 (bad gas though lol).


Weight went up 3 lbs in 34 hrs And that saying something because I lose at least 3-4 lbs of water weight at work welding in Texas 104 F. And I weighed after work before Hydrating!

Going Hard I'm very vascular !
No mood probs (really confident though)
Hcg is doing great not atrophy
No estro issues
I'm getting B.W. done tomorrow before I take my Thursday shot

The only way to truly know if your body is recovered and ready for the next cycle is with blood work. Everyone is different.
