so im just running a test cyp cycle, 10 weeks.. 2 shots a week at 250mg each.
ill finish it off with nova and a post cycle therapy (pct) product.
so far im up 5 pounds, 2nd shot in.
but i have a question, i shot my shoulder 2nd time around, to switch up injec spots, and it was sore, like usual sore for my first time doing a shoulder intra muscular inject, so it felt like a charlie horse
anyways, i did the shot on monday, and on wednesday was my shoulder day. it was still pretty sore but i decited to lift anyways... such a stupid idea
my left tri, and what feels like a bit of my bicep are now swollen/inflamed.
is this normal? if ive irritated the muscle after a first time injection.. should i just heat/ice my arm until the pain and it swells down?
sorry if this is the wrong place to post, i just really could use some advice, like i didnt hit a vein, and it was a smooth injection, much easier then my butt
anyways starting of cycle i was
5'9
172-3 pounds
max bench = 225 (by myself, to my chest etc)
max squat = 315 (parallel)
max dl = 335
so far, on day 7, after 2 injections
im up to 178-9 (skipped gym today due to my arm)
and havent checked max's yet.
tomorrows my arm day with my 3rd poke, in the butt.
