First Cycle

I am new to this form and I have been lifting weights for about 4 years. I have put on some decent gains over that time as I went up from about 160 to 185 on protein and creatine. However, i have always been some what of a fat skinny kid, in high school i was very skinny but had no definiation at all alomst flabby. I started hitting the weights after high school and started to get stronger and add some muscle. I still have never been able to shed the excess flab i dont know if its just my genetics or what.
I am looking to add some lean muscle and maybe shed some body fat as well.

My diet is solid not perfect but not terrible. I am thinking about doing my frist cycle, considering Test E 400 mg from 12 weeks with clomid of nolva for post cycle. Curious as to what i should expect from this cycle.

I have a buddy who is thinking about doing a Winstrol (winny) clen cycle and would be easy for me to do this along side with him. However, with some of the reseach i have done for my first cycle I feel the test e cycle will be better for me.

Just curious what you guys think and what cost would approx in us dollars so i know my supplier is giving a legit price. Any input at all would be greatly appreciated
 
First off Welcome to Ology. Second not supposed to talk about prices in open forum. Third Why dont you go tot the diet forum and talk to 3J about how good your diet really is, I'm not knockin you but 90% of guys who come on here sayin there diet is g2g are eatin fuckin big macs and fries. As far as losing that "flab" its a combo a of cardio and diet not using steroids, If you still feel you wanna do a cycle Test E is a great first cycle IMO, But take the time to go to the diet forum and read """""3J's Free Diet Advice"""" just read the first post in there and get with him and he will let you know where you need improvement, Cuz if your diet is not in check you'll be wasting you money on AAS with little to no gains and a stiff dick 24/7. Good luck with what you choose and keep us posted bro

diet is the key-i do understand its hard for us endo's to add mass without adding a ton of fat, test solves that problem for me-cause it destroy's cortisol
 
yeah i just find it difficult to put on lean mass and to loose the layer of fat around my mid section. Its not a lot or anything, you can not notice with a shirt on but it is there.

Even during hockey season where my cardio is through the roof i loose weight but it seems i loose muscle as well. Even though i loose weight it seems the i do not loose the layer of fat no matter what i do. I have the same body jsut smaller as opposed to the summer months when i try to bulk a bit.

Just wondering if maybe a cycle of test e would help with this problem.
 
no l i was not fat by no means i was always considered a skinny kid in highschool. But i was a soft skinny if you know what i am saying, i never had much muscle definition at all and still dont. Most kids in highschool that were skinny at lease had muscle def.

Over the years i have put on some mass an i am at about 185 lbs right now. With a shirt on i dont like fat or any thing at all i just not that ripped or leaned out. This has always been the case with me even when i am doing insane amounts of cardio. During hockey season i loose weight but do not get more cut up at all i still have the soft look to me. Was hoping the test could add some solid lean mass and harden me up more.

This is going to be due to your diet, I know you may say its solid but it most likely is not, you may be eating good foods but maybe not at the right time of day, I can say one thing for sure if you are eating any carbs at night its gonna keep you from shedding fat(unless its your PWO) You should really go to the sticky in the diet forum do the math and you might be amazed how far off your diet may be(I dont know that it is but most likely it is. no offense) 3J will def. let you know if your diet is fucked.

MotorIHead I think he probably just has a low LBM and isnt really fat
 
yeah it very well could be my diet, i try to eat as clean as possible but i am only human, i got 3J looking over it and hopefully he can help me out. So prob should not start a cycle to my diet is in order?

Your right dont start yet. If he changes you up try and give it at least a month on your new diet before running your gear(you should really wait longer but I know 99.9999% of ppl dont have the patience) If you can wait a month your body will have adjusted to the diet change otherwise you wont get full potential outta your cycle. Just be patient. Thank god you actually went and took the time to check your diet. That says alot and shows your serious, most guys dont give a shit and run there gear anyways cuz they know everything and there diet is as good as Jay Cutlers. Let us know what 3J says bro
