I am currently on my first cycle of test and had some gyno flare up due a PH I took about a year ago. Just ordered letro and have been hearing many different views on how to dose it. I have about 5 weeks left on my cycle and was wondering if I should be taking the letro every single day? My plan is to begin at .5 mg on the first day, tapering up by .5 each day until I reach a 2.5mg/ml. Then continuing at 2.5mg/ml for a few days until I see reduction in my left nip. Then tapering down the same way all the way down to .25mg to be taking every day until the end of my cycle. Following the last day of my cycle and taking letro I plan to begin my post cycle therapy (pct) (- 50 mg/ml clomid, 10 mg/ml tamoxifen citrate). I would really appreciate some feedback from people that have experience with gyno/letro and overall knowledge of cycles in general. Is my original plan on taking the letro at those doses daily ok? Is it better to take every 3 days? Also what would you guys reccomend as my dosage of my post cycle therapy (pct) especially if im trying to avoid an estrogen rebound. Please help! Thanks!

Thanks for the feedback. So .5mg the first day on letro increasing by .5 every three days until I'm taking a full dose of 2.5 mg/ 1 ml? Then take that full dose every 3 days until its gone? Then taper down every 3 days until my last dose is .5mg. Then the following day start aromasin at what dosages? Should I do the aromasin daily or should that be every three days as well?
Oh ok. That seems logical and the Aromasin should be taken right after I finish off the letro correct? I am getting a 30 ml vial do you think once I taper back down to .25 mg I am good to stop the letro and continue with my cycle only running aromasin? I'm asking because some threads recommend finishing letro through the cycle even once the gyno has subsided. What dosages of aromasin do you recommend? Sorry for all the questions, I have done lots of research but can't seem to find specifics of what I need. Your answers are greatly appreciated Coltmc!
Makes sense. Ok so after getting a little more feedback on this subject I've been hearing 2.5mg is a pretty high dose. A lot of people have said they stayed at 1.25mg as their max dosage for a few days and had their gyno subside. You think I could do that and taper down from there every three days if I see my gyno subsiding while I am at 1.25 mg for three days? Also, this may sound stupid but is a dose of aromasin 25mg? So if I get the aromasin I will be taking 1ml/day if the vial is 25mg/ml?

I am in the 6th week of my test E cycle and when I ordered my letro it came with a little piece of paper written in broken English that said Emergency ONLY lol..
Letro is not to be f'ed around with. Use as little as possible to remedy your symptoms. And as said Aromatase inhibitor (AI) ed for the rest of your cycle is what the consensus seems to be.

Once I finish my cycle I'm assuming Ill be done with the letro and only be running the aromasin at 25mg ED. How much of my PCT should I take since I will be running the Aromasin all the way through? It's a 60ml vial. Should I be taking 1 ml ED for about 30 days?
