I am beginning my first cycle of test E.
17 yrs. 173lbs 5'10
I have many questions so all the help will be very helpful. I am beginning my cycle in roughly a week and a half. I have decided to do 250, mon. and thur. 500 total a week and a 10 week cycle. I have a great diet, mainly good carbs and protein. Now here begins the questions.
1) Should I take D-bol with my first cycle?
2) How many carbs and protein should I taking in daily-what i mean by that is in shakes or drinks
3) I have heard if you can kill it or grow it than eat it but what should my diet consist of? calories, carbs, and protein?
4) im going to be working 5-6 days a week, so how should I break up my workouts? as in like mon. legs......tue back......I need a good schedule.
5) Any tips or anything else I need to know?
6) What are recommended needle sizes?
7) does it matter where you inject?
8) what kind of supplements should i have when im done with cycle?
these are just a few things i need to learn, thanks for the help.
