First Cycle

I am 9 pins in (4 and a half weeks) into my test e cycle. I started at 300 and now a week ago kicked it up to 500 a week. I am hoping to start seeing the results soon. My bro said his first cycle of test e really kicked in at 4 to 5 weeks. I am also on 3 iu's of riptropin and have been for 7 weeks. I have really changed my diet when I started my cycle and have been working out harder.

Anyone have any suggestions for a newcomer?

goal for first cycle
205lbs

yeah kick in ratio is usually around that time frame 4-5 weeks
u should start to notice great pumps and strength gains around that time, and 7-8 weeks is when i start to notice alot of physical changes

fuck i was plateaued at 80's for incline dumbells press for awhile before the cycle
now i am up to the 120's at 6 reps for inclince, everything jacked up bro! i am on week 8 on test c 500/mg a week
gotta watch it tho bro, not to over train, as my cuff's and lower back are taking a beatin!

That is good news! I just took my 4 week pic and compared to when I started I have changed a lot more than I thought. 120's 6 times is legit! Good work.
 
Quick question as I'm still trying to learn. Is there a specific reason you decided to add HGH in? I thought most recommend just test for first cycle.
 
HGH works extremely well with test. I researched a lot prior to doing GH or Test. No one would tell you that test should not be taken with GH.

You have to warm the Rotator Cuffs up or you'll Rip/Stretch them too far!!
ya another week or 2 at 500/mg is when you will start understanding why you did it

Start with your delts 3 fingers down from your bone at the top of your shoulder. It's the easiest to get to and will give you confidence to start pinning other areas. You have to have at least 2-3 areas to pin because trust me you build up scar tissue and it will eventually hurt if you pin 1 area.

Probably but TEST is strong, especially if its PINN

HGH is the Nectar of the Gods!! And when people say TEST E ONLY they mean other compounds not HGH. Most people don't have the $$$ to do HGH so its not an issue however GH and TEST push one another
