First Cycle

160 lbs 5feet nine inches been training seriously for about three years. 25 years old. I consume about 3000 calories a day. I have a real fast metabolism and I look pretty thin right now

test only is the cycle i reccomend for a 1st cycle so your good there BUT COMMA if you cant eat enough to get bigger than 165 pounds now then a cycle is useless. even if you somehow manage to add a few pounds by eating better while on cycle the minute you go back to eating normal your gains will go away.
i highly reccomend you go to the diet forum here at ology and make a post with all your info and your diet , ask the moderator 3J for his diet advice.

depends on his bf %. 160 lbs at 5'9 could look huge at 8%. I doubt he's even close to that though, and I agree with your post.

OP what are your lifting stats? b/s/d?
 
I've used Sust for my first cycle and it did wonders for me. You have to make sure your workout is on point and just as important your diet, rest and recovery while on your cycle is perfect. Allow, yourself the proper time from last pin and aide recovery PCT (3) weeks or so.

Im 10% body fat and im not huge im real thin this is my workout
I do a cycle workout. First week everything 3 x 10 then nxt wk 2 x 10, nxt 3 x 10
Nxt 2x10 nxt 3x6 then 2x6 and start again

Monday/thursday

*3 x 10 Flat bench
3 x 10Close crip bench
3 x 25 Medicine ball pushups
3x 10 Machine shoulder presses
3 x 10 Incline bench with dumbells
3 x 1090 degree dumbell
3 x 10 Shrugs
3 x 10 Machine rope
3 x 10 Lat pulldowns
3 x 10Tricep curl bench
3 x 10 Dips

Tuesday/friday
3 x 10 Bar pull
3 x 10 Machines
3 x 10 Incline curl
3 x 10Cross Hammer curl
3 x 10Barbell curl
3 x 10 Cable curl
3x 6 Curl six times hold other
3 x 15 Pull upd
3x 10Deadlifts
3 x 10 Military press
3 x 10 Bent over barbell row


Wednesday/saturday

10 8 8 6 Front squats*
3x 10Barbell lunges
3 x 10Leg press
3 x 15 Calf machine
3 x 10Hamstring machine
3 x 10Quads machine

If you look thin than you need to get your diet together before you start delving into AAS.

agree, plus my first cycle was tool at 30mg a day for first 5 weeks and test e at 250mg a week and I put on 25 pounds. I was eating like a mad man though. I added masteron in the end for last 4 weeks and that shit made me break out like crazy.
 
If you're using sus you should be doing Eod injections to keep bloods stable with the prop ester in sus. Definitely need to have an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) in hand, but I agree with above, keep reading, MUCH MORE, before you think about starting.

Clomid should also be 100/100/50/50. With Sus though, you need to, as stated above, give it three weeks to clear before you start pct.

you dont need to inject sustanon eod dont spread bullshit
 
I think im going to keep it basic and go with test e.
