First Cycle!!

Got some bd test e for my first cycle, excited and cant wait. what is everyones opinion for the best workout for the best gains of muscle and fat loss? been working out agan for a couple of months and ready to get results kick started!
 
Well if your looking to hop back in to lifting with a cycle your looking at the wrong way of doing it. You need a nice build to build off of. Not build with just a cycle. It will be a waste of a cycle if you do it this way. There's right ways of doing aas and wrong. This her my friend is wrong. Aas is for building muscle not a fat burner. Though some chemicals aid in fat loss.
 
well i've been back lifting for a couple of months but started off with alot of cardio and dropped 20lbs but still a fatass, and i hate that i got out of shape like this bc i was in great shape until i pinched a nerve in my lower back and got out of lifting all together from being lazy is the best way to put it. but anyways you think i should lift longer still before i try aas? i'm just impatient i guess, i still have good muscle to work with just covered in jelly
 
Sorry to hear that I understand what your going through. Ya dude the more bf the worse off with a cycle you are. What ate your stats?
 
OH wow SNM, yeah back that train up and get your bf down more and get a good routine going again. Otherwise you're going to waste your first cycle and get less than stellar results, than if you wait a bit and set yourself up for it.
I spent 8 months just working my bf down to 17% before I decided to add a cycle (I started at 210 and worked down to 175). In that time, I worked on my lifting form and made as much natural gain as my body would agree to! You may be really well served to spend a little money on some trainer sessions to get you on the right track both physically and nutrionally. Everything you gain or lose using steroids is 85% based around a solid diet plan that continues beyond the cycle.

Also, we highly recommend you read the stickies, on-going threads, etc. You need to know what you're putting in your body and everything that goes along with AAS use.

With respect, no one will see all your hard work if it's covered up with excess pounds. So if getting lean is and issue, IMO, and a fairly uneducated opinion it is, but it seems the first few cycles should be more about bulking, not cutting. My point being, either eat heavy, do the cycle and worrry less about fat loss. Or, get your diet straight, loss the extra weight and then do a cycle when your not so concerned about weight gain. Again, what do I know, but it's awfully hard to muscle up and get lean at the same time from my experience.

Well kinda what I was thinking was bulking up but hoping with the test I could burn some fat while bucking and hoping with the extra muscle I could burn more calories at rest which I guess would be a higher metabolism. But guess I have some research to do but will probably work out fine bc my source can't get anything anymore
