I am planning for my first cycle and this is what i think would work for me.

dbol for 12 continuse weeks???i would never do that :/.......12 weeks for an oral is too long...rest of the cycl looks good....anyway there are more experience people here they can help u better with dbol stuff

one more thing clomid goes like this my friend day first 300mg and then first week for 150mg,2nd 100mg 3rd 50 and the week for at 25mg

Umm no.. Do not suggest such things as loading SERMS bro.

Uh don't load the clomid. Also start at least two weeks out on post cycle therapy (pct). I usually go about a month with the clomid and start the nolva at two weeks out. The d Bol is too long. Honestly just drop it and up ur test to 500-600mg. That is a standard first cycle.

Yeah for first cycle, dbol at 12 weeks is a bit too long, keep it to 4 weeks , also what is your diet like?

so i am kicking the dbol out (Even i was concerned about the taking Oral for that long), raising the Test E to 250 twice a week and clomid to 50/50/50/50 .
Should i raise Nolva to 40/40/40/40 aswell ?

Clomid at 50/50/50/50 is fine, run Nolva at 40/40/20/20

I am little confused about Aromasin , should i replace it with arimidex 0.25 EOD ?

A-dex will dry your joints out man. i cant evan take it. reseach and find a good aromasin. 12.5 EOD throughout cycle and pct
