First Cycle

Hello, first post here. I've been lurking through the threads for a while and have decided on my first cycle. I'll post my stats first.

Age:24
Height: 5'9
Weight:155

Diet: I normally eat chicken, salmon, tilapia, tuna, fruits, vegetables, whole grain bread and pasta, olives, pb&j's, and a ton of milk. I tend to cook all my meals and rarely have any fast food. I don't calorie count but I try to eat something every two hours even if I'm not hungry.

First cycle: I'm thinking of doing a standard test e only for 10 weeks @250mg twice per week. Then the standard Nolva/clomid starting two weeks after my last injection.

Goal: I'd like to add maybe 10-15 lbs. not more than 20. I don't want it to be too noticeable that I've been using.

Question: I've been using the Madcow 5x5 program three days per week. Once I start my cycle should I switch to a split and workout five days per week?

Problem: my main problem is that I don't have a source. I am in the Army and stationed in Germany so I cant find someone at my local gym. I'm a bit skeptical of the online sites like anabolpharmacy. I've heard good things about Pinnacle but I don't know how to access their site. The only other options I can think of are one of the clinics like kingsberg medical or to try to see a German doc. Any info or advice would be great. Also I am a nurse so all of the accessories I need like alcohol wipes and needles are readily available to me.

Design your routine for the type of goals you want to achieve...

Sarcoplasmic hypertrophy...myofribular...

5x5 is a good combination for strength and size

Maybe try a push/pull/legs/off/repeat....
 
Right now this is what I'm doing:
Monday- squats, bench,barbell rows all 5x5 sets ramping up weight to my 5 rep max, sit ups
Wednesday- squats (light day), military press, deadlifts, all 4x5 ramping up weight, weighted sit-ups
Friday- squats, bench, barbell rows, barbell curls, tricep extensions, dips. On Fridays the last set is a set of 3 trying to up my 5 rep max by 5 lbs.
I also throw in cardio on off days but not too often.
I've tried using google to find pinnacle but I don't see anything. Is there a URL? Am I able to ask if something is legit?

bro trying adding leg day too. Also, you won't be able to get or verify any sources. You'll have to stick around here and get to know people. Contribute to the forum, and it'll pay back

Thanks, I'll look at what I can add to legs. Don't get me wrong I wasn't expecting an individual to start telling me about their personal source. I just didn't know if asking if a website right on the first page of google was real or fake was ok. For example anabolpharmacy or any of the ads right here on this website. I'll try to contribute what I can with what I currently know.
 
All.you have to do is google " buy steroids " then pick a bunch of those results and google them all to find out more about them
