Hello, first post here. I've been lurking through the threads for a while and have decided on my first cycle. I'll post my stats first.

Height: 5'9
Weight:155
Diet: I normally eat chicken, salmon, tilapia, tuna, fruits, vegetables, whole grain bread and pasta, olives, pb&j's, and a ton of milk. I tend to cook all my meals and rarely have any fast food. I don't calorie count but I try to eat something every two hours even if I'm not hungry.
First cycle: I'm thinking of doing a standard test e only for 10 weeks @250mg twice per week. Then the standard Nolva/clomid starting two weeks after my last injection.
Goal: I'd like to add maybe 10-15 lbs. not more than 20. I don't want it to be too noticeable that I've been using.
Question: I've been using the Madcow 5x5 program three days per week. Once I start my cycle should I switch to a split and workout five days per week?
Problem: my main problem is that I don't have a source. I am in the Army and stationed in Germany so I cant find someone at my local gym. I'm a bit skeptical of the online sites like anabolpharmacy. I've heard good things about Pinnacle but I don't know how to access their site. The only other options I can think of are one of the clinics like kingsberg medical or to try to see a German doc. Any info or advice would be great. Also I am a nurse so all of the accessories I need like alcohol wipes and needles are readily available to me.
