ok I will be eating solid protein meals I thought that would be obvious to most. That includes:
breakfest 2 egg whites with 1 egg also 3-4 slices of turkey bacon
1 25 gram shake also will be drinking water with the meal

snack 1 25gram shake

lunch
some type of chicken or turkey with 1 25 gram shake water to drink

dinner
salad on the side with a portion of some chicken or beef with water to drink

1 25 gram shake before bed

I will drink water all thru the day
this is an example of my diet

Still trying to lose some body fat. Would like a slimmer stomach.

how tall r u? you want to bulk up and trim down at the same time? pic one.. also you should post in the womans forum...supergirl could give you some correct advice
