First D-Bol and Test e cycle Questions???

About to run Dbol and test e cycle, I need some guidance any changes please feel free to "comment" and "criticize".

Ht: 5'11
Lb: 163lbs
Age: 20
Training for about 1.5 years

i am at around 8% body fat
no prior gyno symptoms

Basically i am a competitive bodybuilder wanting to add size. Then maintain most of it coming off.

I don't believe roids are the magic shot to getting big im that guy that will go in on leg day for 1hr 40min and drink a gallon of water do to training intensity.
I am consuming around 40lbs of food a week already +Or- a few lbs, i am working with a pro natural bodybuilder giving me diet and training advice so he will be able to periodize my diet and training towards the specific anabolic.

My diet and training will basically be on point. i plan on going to get a full physical and and blood work done before i start this
i have done a lot of research and have put a lot of thought into the pros, cons, risks, and benefits on doing this, but here it is


D-Bol wk 1-4 40 mg/ED
Test E wk 1-10 400 mg/Weekly

Tamoxifen wk 1-10 10 mg/day


Pct

wait 2.5 weeks (i figure that's a good medium i have read wait 2wks, and wait 3wks)

clomid 50/50/50/50
nolva 20/20/10/10

any Cortisol blockers, or any other chemical to get my T lvls back to normal?


Please give me some feed back on anything that i should do more research on or anything i have forgotten or even if you think i should wait and do more research on this or even if i have the dosages wrong "ANY" advice will help
and i will probably wait til aug doing more research and putting more thought into this before i make a final decision




Main questions

How much size can i expect to put on? (ik everybody's body is genetically different so it varies but a rough average)

Should something different then tamoxifen, or do i even need it

I dont want gyno so any "just in case" AI's or Serm's?
 
My opinion you should stay gear free for now bro. At 20 years of age your body has a lot of potential to put on a lot of size. I would continue training hard for a few more years and see how you develope. Especially working with your body builder friend and having your diet and training in check I believe you can accomplish a lot with your body at this age.

With that being said.. If you are going to pull the trigger and follow through on this I think this is a great beginner cycle. The 400mg of test is on the lower side which is a good thing as being new to AAS you should obtain the gains on that dosage you are looking for. I would however recommend lowering the dose of the dbol. 40mg IMO is a bit on the high end for a first time user. I would def. recommend taking a lower dose and seeing how your body reacts to it. As far as potential gains goes, it isn't out of reach to gain 15, 20 and maybe even 30 lbs by the end of this cycle. But remember a lot of this will come from water retention. Dbol will def. make you retain water and is one of the major reasons for the huge strength gains you receive from taking the drug. Either way your head looks like its in the right place and you have been doing your research. I still recommend holding off a bit longer but either way best of luck!

Also on a side note: I seen it happen a million time with beginner users getting high amounts of strength gains while on cycle and want to push themselves harder and harder, problem with this is your tendons/ligaments have a tough time keeping up and many tend to push the limits and end up snapping some shit up. I'm not recommending you to not train with intensity or push yourself but what I am saying is listen to your body. Make sure your tendons are ready for the new found strength gains and muscle growth.
 
Everything I am about to say is completely my opinion.

First off....lets get the fine print out of the way--at 20 you shouldn't do it. But nobody on the internet is going to talk you out of it, so here goes:

Split the d-bol for the beginning and end of your cycle. 25mgs per day for 4 weeks to start. Save 3 weeks worth for the end.

Take 400-500mgs of test per week. After you discontinue the test, take the end cycle d-bol until the test is out of your system. I usually would use test-p to end my cycle, but I am assuming you only have d-bol and am using it as a substitute. This way you actually stay anabolic until you are ready to begin your post cycle therapy (pct). Otherwise, you would have low T levels as your exogenous test half-lives out of your body and you will have to go through two weeks of shrinking, depressed, impotent hell before you can even begin to go through the hell that is PCT.

25 mgs of Dbol and 500mgs of test will put 25lbs on a virgin. Easy.

And if you think Nolva and clomid are going to bring you back by the end of your "scheduled" pct, think again. Test and Dbol will shut you down. Rethink post cycle therapy (pct). Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) is a necessity if you want to have sex before Christmas.

Being on cycle should help you at school. Dbol gives me a sense of wellbeing and test statistically improves men's ability to focus. Coming off can flunk you out of school. You will be weeping like a child in the floor--watching the notebook--eating like a horse trying, in vain, to hold on the 25lbs that you gained. I, like you, jumped the gun in college. I came off cycle during a particularly challenging semester. After 4 weeks of crying and watching the notebook...I went back on and pushed through to the summer so I could re-PCT and come off without it destroying my GPA.

stick to your post cycle therapy (pct) plan, Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) is best used in the days between test and post cycle therapy (pct), Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) mimics LH and does not stimulate natural production like Clomid does
