First Day of 5/3/1 Second Day of Austinites Stack

First off I want to start by giving a BIG thanks to everyone who has helped me since joining this site. I have tweaked my caloric goals, found a new method of weight training and got an awesome fat burning stack in the process.

Mind you it has only been a couple days of using Austinites stack but I feel great coupling this along with my new eating habits. I took my first set Sunday Morning before my leg circuit, and blasted through the 1.5 hour workout of doing 500 reps.... My legs were on FIRE!!!! But I had tons of energy and felt like I could keep going for hours. Also want to thank Dreday for sending me the link to this stack.

My first day of 5/3/1 I did back compound movements followed by 3x8 for my accessory exercises intentionally no going to failure the first 2 sets and focusing on form and the contraction of all the movements. My back has the greatest pump I have ever felt since starting to lift last yr. I haven't felt a pump like this in a long time. Tomorrow is Shoulders and I'm looking forward to it. Will keep you guys updated on stats. Right now Im 234lbs 19%BF Will dock changes in a month when I hit my 1 yr peak.
