Currently I am 6'6 265 lbs and a good build, but nothing spectacular. I got descent sized muscles, but could be alot bigger, with a some fat over the normal spots, keep in mind I am an athletic build with about 4 years of weight training so far. Basically iv been researching the steroids for a while now, and found there not as bad as people make them out to be if you take them right. What I am trying to do is drop to about 245-250 but at the same time gain about 10-15 lbs of muscle mass. So a total of about 30 lb loss if you total in the muscle gain. I dont just wanna loose weight, I wanna loose the bad weight so a MAJOR cut is what Im trying to do. Here is the stack iv been recommended, Please comment on this or anything else. Any feedback is greatly appreciated, thanks


Total Program length of 10 weeks.

Weeks one through ten....50 mg Boldenone a day = 350 mg a week

Starting at Week 3 through week 10.... 50 mg Winstrol per day

Starting at week 5 through week 10..... 75 mg of Proviron per day


Whats the best Diet I can do to get optimal result, I know the steroids wont do it alone. I already got the excercise part down, lots of light weights lots of reps and lots of cardio. Also I got the Cycle, Which help or comments on that would be GREATLY appreciated. But Whats the best Diet, types of food, times to eat them ect.

steroids won't do it alone? steroids won't do it at all.

I think your efforts are better spent focusing on diet and training. And if you have to ask what types of food to eat, your seriously not ready for steroids.

amen to that man... if you are posting about the types of foods to eat when dieting, gear should not be in your near future...

and i dont believe in lots of light weight and tons of reps either... i think thats a waste of time and energy...
 
Hey, Im new to the steroid game. Im not askin to only cut weight as you can see in my first post. I was just wondering what type of diet would be best with what Im going to take. Im not asking for a full explantation
 
find out your base calorie intake... start cutting out carbs and replacing them with protein and healthy fats, and try and decrease your caloric intake by 10% total... do 30-45 minutes of cardio a day/at least 4 times a week...this is the way i cut when i'm looking to maintain muscle mass and lose BF... try and do it natty tho, leave your first cycle to when you can focus on straight bulking IMO
 
Common sense mang. Just look at whats in front of you and ask yourself....will this help or hinder my goals?
Chicken breast,Lean steak(Top Round, London Broil, Sirloins)Lots of fish. Lots of veggies with Molly McButter if ya like butter flavor, fruits and make yourself a bunch of finger sandwiches like ham,turkey,chicken breast, roast beef and just use a lil Mustard instead of Mayo.......Split each sandwich into 4 pieces and when ya want a snack...pop one or two in your mouth along with the Protein they give.
