is it ok to have just a banana and a shake first thing in the morning then have some oats and eggs about 1-2 hours after that? reason why i want to do this is because I have a class at 7 in the morning and i am not a morning person to begin with. so i usually wake up and grab a banana and a shake, go to class and get out a 8, then come home and eat my oats and eggs. is this ok or is it manditory to have a big first meal and do i just need to man up and get up at 5?
